I had an exray done and I have the beginning stages of a bunion on my left foot. It was hurting me and my pinkie is digging into my other toe from many years of using improper shoes. I have a podiatrist and he NEVER told me that my sneakers were making things worse. I came YouTube and learned that toe seperators can help with the pain. Let me tell you I got IMEDITE relief from using these on the first day. I love these and will do a full review.
