While on the surface not a lot has changed in this update, multiple things were reworked & overhauled to be way better & with more customizability.
A basic rundown of what is in this mod:
All Doctor Mario costumes have been changed to the Legacy XP model.
All animations have Coat & Stethoscope physics (ported from Legacy XP, some edited, some brand new)
Two unique Idle Animations (not the main one because of PSA problems)
Unique Entry animation + recreated Pill Entry from Ultimate.
One unique Taunt animation (Thinking instead of Removing Hat)
Two unique Victory animations (Throw Pills, Play with Stethoscope)
Flash White instead of Red during Neutral Special.
Sparkle GFX added to Neutral Special to be more like Ultimate.
Pill model from Legacy XP (Lower Quality for File Size purposes)
Legacy XPs Viruses appear instead of Coins during Up Special (Blue has a darker texture)
Side Smash has different Lightning GFX.
Legacy XPs Final Smash ported and modified to be closer to Smash 4 & Ultimate.
New Pill Sounds from Ultimate have been added.
New Mario voice clip added from Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowsers Minions.
Pill Hit Sound used for Up Special & Final Smash to make them more unique.
Cape is now Lower Quality for File Size Purposes.
All changes have been made to Project M 3.6 Mario, Project+ v2.15 Mario & Project+ v2.2 Mario. Some things are not specified here so theres a reason to watch the video, however all changes are covered in the ReadMe text file.

The download link is to a folder that contains multiple Zip Folders depending on what you want.
File Path zip folders are Drag-and-Drop versions for whichever Build you chose.
Everything All-in-One Download that contains the above mentioned File Path downloads along with an Individual Files folder which contains the various Files needed to add into Custom Builds or to make other Mario Models compatible with this mod, as various things were overhauled like Fludd now being the Warp Pipe/Pills used during the Entry Animation

The age you are SUPPOSED to be when making an account.
Although this video does not contain anything inappropriate for children, this video references a YouTube channel that is intended for people who are 13 Years & Older.
After double checking with Kevin that Animations were ok, I decided to make a parody of the Anakin & Obi-Wan fight.
Like previous animations of mine, did this by making custom stages for Super Smash Bros Brawl and then using a broken cheat code to have the camera stuck in the same position.
smg4s voice was done by taking voice clips from the announcement video as well as some of the Baldis Basic videos & reversing them to sound like random gibberish.
Lightsaber effect was done in Sony Vegas with a stand-in saber attached to the model to keep the right size & shape.
