Stay tuned for THREE special videos (That's right! THREE of them!) on Friday for Moose and Zee's 20th anniversary!
And spoiler alert! One of them will mention that it will be a FANTASTIC DAY!
Here are some links to articles that MAY be proof that they showed up this early:

Couldn't think of any better idea to celebrate this.
My childhood! Grew up with the "Modern" Face (2003-2004; MOSTLY remember it from 2004) Piper (2004-2007), and Play with Us! (2007-2009) eras (As you may know, I was born in 2002 during the 2001-2003 "Play to Learn" era, so don't know much of that).

(Where I have to edit my age in the About page from 19 to 20.)
I'M 20 YEARS OLD!!!!! YES! YOU HEARD ME! NO LONGER A TEENAGER!!!!
You know what to do!
O_____________________________________________O 8DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD FINALLY!!!!!
WE FOUND THE FULL VERSION OF THIS BUMPER (Well, at least the early version)!!!!!!!!!
I'm sorry! But this is really exciting!
This is indeed one of my BEST finds on YouTube OF ALL TIME!!!!!
And if this promo is spreading, I should put it on MY channel too!
Lyrics:
Love to play, we love to play,
And this is our command,
Watch it when you want to,
Nick Jr. on Demand!
Notice how that ukulele sounds familiar, sounds like music you'd hear on Noggin (Fantastic Day, Goodbye, etc.)! And BOTH Blues (and even Piper) are in this promo!
Credit to @TechataxtheSecond for the original video.
Also, sorry if I'm making like BILLIONS of videos of the same logo. I was just making revisions. THIS is the final version! No more changes. I'll be moving on with the next video.
This special Nick Jr. Porcupine screenbug was used indicate an episode premiere of shows, mostly during the "Modern Face" era and MAYBE the early Piper era, which (the Piper era) would introduce a new premiere bug with a yellow oval and purple text that reads "new!" and it sparkles (not sure when that one was introduced, but according to Nick story Archives, it would be introduced NO LATER than March 21, 2005.)
It would show on the bottom right corner for 30-40 seconds and then disappear and a normal screenbug appears for the rest of the broadcast.
I repeat, I'm PRETTY SURE this logo was used PAST October 11, 2004 when the Piper era started and the premiere bug was updated later in the era (November or December 2004 or even January or February 2005), but I don't know. And the earliest known date of the yellow and purple "new!" bug is March 21, 2005 (no later).
This screenbug returned with a transparent version on November 6, 2006, during the premiere of "Boots to the Rescue".
Here is proof: nickstory.fandom.com/wiki/November_6,_2006/Boots_to_the_Rescue
How did I make this you may ask?
I basically took an image of the screenbug (from an image on the July 12, 2004 page on Nickstory (it was the premiere of Franklin and the Green Knight)) and removed the background. For the porcupines themselves, I got it from an image from Sean Adams (link: burningsettlerscabin.com/nick-jr) and removed the background and put it above "NEW".
Who here remembers this logo?
Feel free to use this as your own! Credit is optional, but would be appreciated.
I'm not surprised! After the goodnight song, it went STRAIGHT to The N!
Notice a screenbug error at 0:40.

Fun fact: The series premiere (11:30am on September 12, 2005) simulcasted on Noggin and Nick Jr.!
This was what my first video was like back when I opened my first account back in 2009!
Fun fact: The August 20, 2007 premiered of YGG was a SIMULCAST on Noggin AND Nick Jr. (The same thing happened with Jack's Big Music Show on September 12, 2005; The Wonder Pets! on March 3, 2006; Pinky Dinky Doo on April 10, 2006; and Wow! Wow! Wubbzy! on August 28, 2006.)

This has brought to my attention and it NEEDS to be addressed. It seems that during the time, The N signs off at 5AM eastern and Noggin soft-started with 123 Sesame Street, and THEN the Fantastic Day opening sequence would occur at 6AM eastern after Sesame Street and before Franklin.

Another video like this is premiering at 10:30pm local time, and it’s the drawing promo from the same one as @LarsensWiiStuff 's tape from July 29, 2004 that has "Blue Talks!" in it.

Not joking, the three shows EXCLUSIVELY aired on the Nick Jr. block on the main Nickelodeon channel on April 7, 2003!!!
First, they do their normal 9-12 schedule (Max and Ruby, Oswald, and the Play Along time with "Dora, Blue, Dora, Blue") then after that, 12pm was Oobi, 12:30pm was Tweenies, 1pm was Miffy, and 1:30pm was another Oobi.
Tweenies also aired on the Nick Jr. block from July to September 2003.
This year’s video will be the Hello, Moose and Zee bumper, which is the FINAL produced promo from Feetface.
Moose and Zee were first introduced on (as late as) February 24, 2003. They were featured in many promos and show previews from then until April 6, leading up to their official first day on the channel.
He was also the one that introduced kids (at the time) to "his friends" Moose and Zee for the very first time!
The special Moose and Zee video comes out April 7th! They already had their early 19th anniversary in February, now the official this coming Thursday!
Thumbnail says it all!
Also to Feetface and The N.
Videos for each of them, come out every hour between 7-9pm, my local time.
The N video will be the 2002 version, not an evolution video.

Updates/Announcement (3/16/22): The next Nick Jr. video I will upload will be the On Demand opening, since @encodestvdotcom found a better quality video (but unfortunately short and TV quality). I found a way to mash up the audios on the videos to put them together by using the audio from that video which had the full opening and the audio will change to another audio after the "watch it when you want to" line. You'll find out what I did when it premieres Saturday, March 26th at about 9:00 or 10:00am (central time zone)!
However, the 10th anniversary of their return would be on March 4, 2025 since they returned in 2015.
Today may also technically be the 10th anniversary of Moose and Zee’s last day, although there is no February 29th this year but is in 2012, but I’m still considering it an “on this day” even if there is no such thing as February 29, 2022.
Did not feel like uploading the full promo, just a short video of where it says “Smart Place to Play”.
What do you think of the 2012-18 era? Do you like it? Do you dislike it? In my opinion, I think this era was decent. If you dislike/hate this era, I respect your opinion (and accept it), as long as you respect/accept mine!
Too bad there are no more days with five of the same number, but at least we have 3/3/33 on March 3, 2033.
Note that I might be busy at that time, but I’ll set the release for the video at 2:22pm (my time (central)) anyway.
Another fun fact about today’s date: There are THREE times where the date, month, year, and time has all 2's: 2:22am, 2:22pm, and 10:22pm (22:22).
What a great find! DVD quality of this era of Face!
Now if only someone has a promo with Modern Face announcing LazyTown and/or Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends…
Also, according to Nickstory Archives and the Nick Jr. Schedule (Week of October 4-8, 2004) on Internet Archives, on October 8, 2004 (Modern Face's last day) there was only ONE episode of Blue’s Clues that day (9:30am et) and there was no Blue at 12:00pm et, due to a mini Dora marathon from 11am-2pm right before Modern Face's retirement (the final usages of the Green Bouncy Ball, Orange Windowshade, Flower/Face says his own name in Spanish, "Cara", Purple Star with Face using two Spanish words, including "Hola", and…maybe a Dora version of Face the Yo-yo.) Had this promo been the one used on the 8th, the other ones, the yo-yo or window shade, would last appear on October 6 or 7.
There is currently no proof of which promo was used on October 8 (Ball, Yo-yo, Window-shade), but BOTH titles will say "October 8, 2004" anyway, no big deal!
And about Face saying Goodbye on October 8, 2004, I don’t think it happened. I think that he just disappeared on October 8, 2004 after announcing the 1:30pm show, and on Monday the 11th, he was surprisingly replaced with Piper (kinda like how Moose and Zee would disappear at 6:00am on March 1, 2012 and it was replaced with a new era, with NO goodbyes.)
When I said "controversial" I meant that there were some that liked and some hated the modern Face (there were a LOT of complaints on the Message Boards on nickjr.com back in the fall of 2003, and throughout the era, about it, as I read them via Internet Archives, something like "What happened to Face?" or "Attn Nick Jr. - NO ONE LIKES THE NEW FACE!")

Not sure what they’d think of Piper, but those who hated Modern Face were probably VERY HAPPY when he retired.
In my opinion, what I find interesting about this incarceration of Face is how it starts with a black background, very different from the 1994-2003 Face. I also like how two people provided the voice for this Face, Jody Nazzaro did the voice acting while Jun Mizumachi did the sound effects (some assume it was Babi Floyd who voiced him, but I don’t think so because this information I’m about to link seems to be true), according to a 2004 article seen here: postmagazine.com/Publications/Post-Magazine/2004/August-1-2004/AUDIO-FOR-ANIMATION.aspx (See "Giving 'Face' a Voice" and you’ll also see a picture of this Face in red background that looks ALMOST like this promo). I also love how he has a DJ rapper like voice and gets pretty excited. Pretty neat!
It’s kinda sad that most of this era is lost media.
LONG description, but this is just my review on the Face era from Sep 2003-Oct 2004.
Credit to @LarsensWiiStuff.
OH, and in Spanish his name would be "CARA"! XD XD XD (That’s a joke I came up with because of that one promo he says that)
This promo was used throughout the Play Along era.
Also, according to Nickstory Archives and the Nick Jr. Schedule (Week of October 4-8, 2004) on Internet Archives, on October 8, 2004 (Modern Face's last day) there was only ONE episode of Blue’s Clues that day (9:30am et) and there was no Blue at 12:00pm et, due to a mini Dora marathon from 11am-2pm right before Modern Face's retirement.

There is currently no proof of which promo was used October 8 (Ball, Yo-yo, Window-shade), but BOTH titles will say "October 8, 2004" anyway, no big deal!
The thing I find interesting about the 2003-04 Face is that it usually starts with a black background and he is seen as a bouncy ball, a yo-yo, a shooting star, a window shade, a musical note, etc. Very different than the 1994-2003 Face. And it’s also sad that most of this era is lost media.
Face is back in June 2022 with his own show, "Face's Music Party", starring a third incarnation and a new voice actor, Cedric Williams.
