I have had the pleasure of using camera backpacks from many different brands, but this one takes the cake! What do you think?

Even though the Kiboko 30L+ Camera Backpack is designed specifically for telephoto lenses, it can also be used to carry just about anything.
The first thing you’ll notice is the unique Butterfly style duel front access design, which allows you to access the contents of your bag quickly and without exposing everything to the elements.
In addition to having a premium water-resistant X-Pac® VX-21 shell to protect your gear from the elements, it’s also one of the lightest materials I’ve seen in a camera backpack.
I packed this backpack with as much gear as I could possibly use and I STILL had space for a few small things!
A premium backpack overall! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gura Gear makes some quality backpacks.

The SIRUI SVS75 Rapid Tripod claims to have a payload of up to 55lbs, which leaves me plenty of room to grow as a cinematographer. Which is the main reason for needing to upgrade my current tripod. The one step height adjustment feature is probably the biggest selling point of this tripod, but there are several other features that make this tripod special.
What tripod are you rocking with these days? Let us know in the comments below if you think the SIRUI SVS75 Tripod will last as long as my Miller Tripod!

There are 3 categories that sets this backpack apart from other backpacks in in’s class: its durable exoskeleton frame, the modular design of its compartments and my personal favorite, the 300wh battery backup power station.
I have owned many a camera backpacks in my 20 year career. So many, that I guess you could kind of call me an expert on camera bags?
But just when I think I’ve found the perfect camera bag, another one comes out that’s better suited for how I work. The Lancer300 is no exception.
In fact, it’s so far ahead of any other camera backpack I’ve ever seen, that it looks almost, futuristic!

As soon as you receive your Falcam camera accessories it’s clear that they have design and functionality in mind. Each piece is shipped in a nice protective case, which lets you know whatever’s inside is top notch quality. 👌
I don’t know what the side and top handles are made of, but they sure look cool and feel amazing in the hand. It almost feels like carbon fiber wood. Perhaps it’s some sort of alien technology?? 👽🤔
The company also makes sure to make their gear as seamless as possible when rigging your camera for horizontal shooting to vertical shooting with quick release connections all over the cage.
And speaking of cages, I really like how Falcam chose to design the LUMIX S5 II cage in 2 pieces. This ensures a super tight fit with no play, making it feel like the cage is welded to the camera. 💪
As far as camera cages go, I own a lot, but @falcam_official is probably my favorite so far for its unique style and stable functionality.
What’s your favorite camera cage?? Leave a comment below!✌🏻🎬

We shot this proof of concept pilot to show perspective producers, studios, streaming platforms and show runners how rich and complex the characters and plot lines are in this multi layered adventure.

Most of the episode was shot with a Sony FS7 and a 24-105mm Canon lens. People seem to be blown away by what we were able to achieve with a handful of crew and no budget.
This should be proof enough that the writing is good enough to stand on its own.
What do you think? 🎬🤔

The “Retime and Scaling” tool in DaVinci Resolve is AMAZING when it comes to being able to slow down footage that wasn’t necessarily meant to be slow motion.
Keep in mind that it helps to shoot with a high shutter speed for a cleaner effect.
Shot on Sony A7S III and DJI Ronin
Both cameras had matching settings with the exception to the white balance. The FX9 has significantly more green tones than the FS7 so I chose to adjust the WB to 5000K and left the FS7’s recommended white balance at 5500K.
The same Rec709 utility LUT was applied to both samples in DaVinci Resolve. The last example is with color space transform applied to the FS7 and switched to Alexa LOG-C. I felt like making that simple color space adjustment in post got the FS7 closer to looking like the FX9.
Lens used: Sony 28-135mm f/4 G OSS

Mujo is a serial odyssey from a group of degenerate filmmakers. Mujō is an independent web series that focuses on the misadventures of a woman named Meta as she makes her way through a post-apocalyptic style near future. Our intention is to tell this epic story through an as-yet-undetermined number of chapters that will be produced and released as we gain the funding to do so. It's our hope to be able to present each chapter free of charge and free of advertising. Mujō will be entirely funded by donors who simply want to see the next chapter in Meta's journey.
Along the way we will be providing in-depth insight into the process of the making of each chapter via our social media channels. We sincerely hope you will join us and allow us to tell this tale in its entirety.

One of the many reasons why Arri Alexa ftg is so beloved is for its smooth highlights. When I graded my FS7 footage in LogC, I not only saw a dramatic improvement in how my highlights rolled off, but the overall color and skin tones appear much better as well.
I’ve been experimenting with color grading my Sony FS7 footage in different color spaces using the "Color Space Transform" feature in DaVinci Resolve. This is a very powerful and underrated tool when grading footage from multiple cameras that use different color spaces.
Sony is infamously known for favoring their greens, but when grading in Alexa’s color space, those greens are neutralized considerably. I also feel like I have a lot more room in my shadows and highlights to push my footage further than when working in Sony’s color space.
Now I know this trick isn’t going to magically make your Sony FS7 look JUST like an Arri Alexa, but I think the footage does take on similar characteristics. What do you all think?

Filmmakers, on the other hand, aren’t as familiar with these handy and versatile tools. Which is why I’m breaking down my top 5 reasons ways I use v-flats as a filmmaker...
1. You can make a giant, full body softbox in seconds! Skip the c-stands and 4x4's. This is the quickest & easiest way to get a large, soft light source.
2. Fill & Negative Fill. This is the most obvious reason to use these. Most filmmakers know the importance of having bounce boards and flags to help them shape light. This is both in one!
3. Using V-Flats for hanging backdrops is one of my favorite ways to use a V-Flat. I can quickly switch out my background without having to deal with multiple stands, freeing them up to be used in other ways.
4. The black and white sides of a V-Flate are fantastic for product shoots or to use as backgrounds for interviews too.
5. They are fold-able for smaller table-top shoots. Being able to fold up to a 4x4 footprint allows these to fit in cars for travel and storage when not in use.
I'm a huge fan of these things and use them whenever I can in my work. I highly suggest checking them out and using V-Flats whether you're a filmmaker, a photographer or even a vlogger. They have so many applications!
