There is hours of playtime organized in the Magic School Bus Engineering Lab. I enjoyed my trip down memory lane with Ms. Frizzle and the gang!

While I liked the Project MC2 A.D.S.I.N. Journal, I feel that Journal isn't quite an accurate description. It is more of a cool place to hide a few things or your Ipod!

The Project MC2 Ultimate Lab Kit certainly comes with some adorable accessory pieces. I really enjoyed that it all fits so adorably inside this carry case. I guess I just wish it came with some of the experiment ingredients so I could play right out of the box!

The Little Tikes Spiralin' Seas Waterpark Play Table is a great way for even the youngest players to enjoy the water and cool down in the summer heat. I really enjoyed playing with this one but my two year old was obsessed!

I love these Disney Animator Collection Mini sets! Tinkerbelle has to be one of my favorites so far considering all the adorable little animals she came with!

Minecraft is about the only game I can consistently get in to playing. So I was super excited about all the gear in my MineChest!

I really enjoyed opening up the Pley Disney Princess theme box! I love Tangled and now I have lots of cool Tangled stuff delivered right to my door!

I had a lot of fun with my first unboxing from Stem Snack, even if I did mess up the experiment!

This is my second experience with LIttle Passports Early Explorers and I am still impressed. It is such a good way to educate little ones and have it all delivered to your front door!

I found myself really excited opening up this month's Bookroo! I was so impressed by everything from the packaging to the quality in book choice I just couldn't wait to see what August would bring!

I am so excited I finally got to try Thumb Chucks! I have been trying to get them for weeks and every time I go to order they are sold out. With fidget toys being every popular I can see this one continuing to be a popular choice.

Little Passports has some great subscription packages. I have been impressed with every one I have opened! The Science Expeditions package is no exception and I look forward to seeing more!

As a bookworm myself, Owl Crate is certainly becoming one of my favorite subscription boxes that I look forward to each month!

While many of the items in Cricket Crate may not thrill a toddler, it is a great gift for someone that is expecting or with a small baby at home. Love all the interactive pieces and the way it helps parents work on their little ones development.

Creation Crate does a great job of encouraging technical minds. It was little over my head sine I'm not overly technically inclined. However, I definitely see someone like my husband loving this as a kid. Just remember to use the instructions/online guides!

I was way more impressed with this month's Brickbox compared to July. I think the pieces worked together better and the theme came through clearer. However, I would still like to see Brickbox add some sort of insert to tell you about all your pieces!

This is my first opening with Bramble Box for July. I am super impressed with the cohesive theme and the encouragement of imagination play. Super cute (and delicious) theme this month!

Bramble Box is the cutest little subscription service I have ever seen. I love the themes to the boxes, how every piece is usable and that it encourages pretend (not screen based) play!

This Ok To Wake Owl is seriously one of the coolest things I have seen. It is adorable, plushy and practical! I hope this helps me get more sleep!

In the many fidget spinners I have played with this summer, this Dragon wing fidget spinner has to be one of the most unique!

This is my starter kit opening with the Little Passports World Explorers. I subscribed to several Little passport products and this one was one of my favorites! I love the little suitcase for all the collectibles to come in the next few months, and I love that it helps teach kids about far off places from the comfort of their own home.

I am always up for a new game. Thumbs up is extremely simple. A game of speed and dexterity It's great for all members of the family. But the simplicity might mean it doesn't come out of the game closet that often after the first few play times.

The STEM Deluxe science kit is a great way to have all the tools needed for science time delivered right to your door. There are many experiments to do and if you're stumped they even include a "parent only" answer/problem guide.

I love these Disney theme micro play sets. I am super impressed with the quality of this Disney Animators' Collection Littles Rapunzel Micro Doll Play Set and even got a blind bag to open!

I am always up for a new family game. The Mr. Toast Game is a simple enough to learn, strategy game that I can't wait to play again!

I personally don't see much difference between the Mini Brickbox and the Brickbox I opened this month. Other than you get a little less Lego pieces. My only complaint consistently with BrickBox products is there is no insert talking about the pieces you get or the theme for the month, so I end up feeling a little lost!

This is my first opening experience with LootCrate. I really like my new shirt, though I guess I was surprised by some of the explicit stuff! Not for kids!

This is my first month opening up a Kiwi Crate and I am really happy with what I got this month! Definitely some supervision needed with this product, but what a cute way to spend time with your kiddo!

Green Kids Crafts is a great subscription for hands on play and crafting sessions. This is my first box with them and I look forward to next month's already!
Check us out at toynotes.com
My first opening with the Cricket Crate subscription from Kiwi Co. It's an adorable little gift for someone with a very small baby or who is expecting but I don't think many of the pieces will last beyond that first year!

Holy Moly! There is a lot for a technical mind in the Creation Crate subscription series, I attempted assembly and found that the instructions weren't as helpful as I had hoped....or maybe it's just over my head?

This is my first opening with Cooper and Kid subscription boxes and I have to say I am impressed. There is so much to do and what a cute idea for dad's and kids!

This is my first opening with Brickbox for my mail-order subscription. I like the idea behind this toy but to be honest I am a little lost on some of the pieces and the "theme" of this months box. Here's to next month!

The Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn Click 'n Learn Camera Toy is certainly a hit with my almost two year old. Between all the music, light up flash and the mirror camera lens this is a great "first" camera for any little one!

This Minnie Styling School is an adorable little set for dressing, accessorizing and imagination. Great for even small children since there are no concerns of choking hazard pieces!

This is my first experience with a building kit from Kids First. This is the Kids First Auto Engineer Kit and I love that it comes in a convenient tub for storing in between play times. The pieces fit well together too for easy build and easy clean up!

Melissa and Doug always have some of the best toys! They are high quality, simple and fun. This week I played with the game Tips Ahoy and after a little set up I do look forward to playing this one again!

This week I had the opportunity to play with the Learning Resources Puzzle Globe. I played with another globe about 1 year ago from Fisher-Price and although this one was good, that one was better. I think this one might lack in the music and interactivity department too much to hold attention well!

This is the first time I have opened a LootCate DX, I thought it was really cool, even if a lot of it was a little out of my league!

This is my first experience with Little Passports subscription for the USA explorers. I really think this is a cool way for kids to learn more about places they may never actually live or visit. The started kit was great and I look forward to my first month!

This summer I have been on the hunt for the best 2017 Fidget spinner and now it is coming down to the last few! This fidget spinner has the coolest blue green tie dye pattern and is a great contender!

I am once again so impressed with the subscription I have from Bookroo. These board books are adorable, high quality and a great addition to any little one's growing library. All shipped right to my home automatically!

I was so excited to get my second chance to play with Pipsticks! I was again impressed with the quality of the stickers included and can't wait to open more!

One of the coolest things to experience as a kid is to watch nature. I thought this Safari Frog education play set was really cool and I couldn't wait to share. The packaging has education portions about how the life cycle of a frog works and each piece represents a large scale version of each stage!

This summer I am working at trialing and playing with the most unique fidget spinners I can find. This week I played with a classic style tri-spinner with a very cute design. The Livoty Fidget Spinner Triangle highlights emoji’s as the theme in a very cute way, while maintaining a nice quality, high-speed spinner. The weight and momentum was nice and the price couldn’t be beat however!

I have subscribed to several mail subscriptions of all shapes and sized. This is my experience with Groovy Lab in a Box which is science experiments delivered right to your door!

This Summer I am on the hunt for the most unique and awesome Fidget Spinner toys I can find. This Fidget Dice toy is an alternative fidget toy with 12 options for fidgeting. It is medium and size and not the quietest toy so be mindful of that when shopping.
I really like this Fidget Dice toy and look forward to exploring more alternative fidget options through this summer series.

This summer I am working at trialing and playing with the most unique fidget spinners I can find. This week I played with a very unique (and adorable!) fidget spinner called the DSSY Heptagon Multicolor Fidget Hand Spinner. This is an ultra-lightweight spinner with a very cute paint splotch design and a unique shape. The lightweight nature is nice if that is what you are looking for but it doesn’t keep its momentum as well as a weightier option.

This summer I am working at trialing and playing with the most unique fidget spinners I can find. This week I played with an alternative fidget toy, a fidget pad called the Dacawin New Fidget Hand Shank Pad Handle. This blue and black fidget toy has multiple ways to fidget and a lanyard for putting on your keys for maximum portability.
