[As it turns out, the idea by having these special 0-tick repeaters together with different block event delays is not new. In this video I talk about some cool methods of sending data with just one single wire, instantly. It utilizes these so called "microticks" (also known as "Block events") together with the not so known type of instant repeater that can process 0-tick pulses. Couple that with an infinitely expandable button panel and an infinitely expandable "redcoder" you got yourself something interesting.
Thanks to Thegunmaster these designs are infinitely expandable, at the start I didn't realize this was possible. I guess not playing minecraft for a couple of years left me rusty.

With this way you can make toggle-able repeater clocks at any speed (even 2 clocks!). I made this video for Docm77, which could use something similar! This is really useful in general if you are in need of a toggle-able clock!")
