People often overlook this area when finding hotels too, there are some great places to stay. I spent a day or two hanging out in this park and exploring the nearby landmarks. Bangkok Pat 2023-11-20 | Koh Mook: Everyone only shows the gloss at these "paradise" islands but many don't speak of the reality in low season. We saw a place totally different from our previous trip, dirty beaches, resorts closed, shops are closed and only one restaurant is enough for the handful of visitors on the island. The weather was wet and grey and the resort we booked was terrible despite what the booking sites claimed. But hey, this is low season, so what did we expect? ✅ BANGKOK | Take A Randon Walk | Soi Nana | Chinatown | The River | Hua Lamphong | Matri Chit Road Bangkok Pat 2023-10-24 | I took a trip on the 53 bus & counted 7 bus stops to start with. I ended up in parts of Chinatown that most people wouldn't find, the famous Matri Chit Road, 22 July Circle, Soi Nana, Hua Lamphong, the famous alleyways, dodgy hotels, vintage architecture, stories of red light districts and the majestic Rama 8 Bridge. I also did my best to win a prize for May, and took 60 shots with a cap gun. Was I good shot?
