You can hear appropriately interjected amens, encouragements, and praises throughout the message, particularly by a man named Mike. Psalm 45 is about Jews and Gentiles BOTH! Jesus came to save Blacks & Whites, Jews & Gentiles, and Males & Females. Skeptics may think that Psalm 45 could not be about Jesus, as His incarnation was hundreds of years later, but Hebrews 1:8-9 says it’s about the “Son” of God. Jesus also taught His disciples that the Psalms were about Him (cf. Luke 24:44). Paul G. Humber, the speaker apologizes for his “misspeak” around the 15 minute mark; he said “gates of hell” but meant “gates of heaven.”

FUNDAMENTAL FLAWS Paul Humber 2021-05-25 | Jesus cleansed the temple from financial-devilry. Adam should have cleansed the garden from lying-devilry, and Christians today should cleanse God’s Word from translation-devilry. There are FUNDAMENTAL FLAWS in W.C. Procter’s chapter in the FUNDAMENTALS (vol 9) that likely has led many fundamentalists astray. It revolves around a key Greek word, aionios, often mistranslated by everlasting (or forever). English translators do not have the right to pick and choose durations for aionios. Instead, they should use an English word that is equivalent to the Greek and Hebrew words. Adding “ever” to lasting changes the meaning from a durationally flexible word to one that is fixed. Matthew 25:46 uses aionios twice, as does Romans 16:25-26. Lasting is the proper translation in all four cases. Jesus explicitly taught, contra-Plato, that the soul can be destroyed (Matthew 10:28). Adding ever to aionios denies Jesus’ teaching and advances the devil’s old canard that Eve could not die (Genesis 3:4). That coupled with Matthew 25:46 fosters the notion that even wicked souls are inherently immortal. They are not. Jesus taught proportional punishment (Luke 12:47-48) and extinction (Matthew 10:28). Immortality is a gift from Jesus only for His elect.
Nazi Hero, Christian, Huge Aid to Allies, Normandy! Paul Humber 2021-04-29 | Alexis von Roenne, a Christian, was a very high official in Hitler’s Nazi Germany, but he was an anti-Nazi. Humanly speaking, he may have helped General Eisenhower, the Allied Forces, and Operation Overlord far more than any mere human realized. Operation Overlord was aka the Battle of Normandy. He helped Hitler divert away from Normandy to Calais. He was the head of the intelligence department responsible for evaluating ALL information pertaining to Britain and the United States and was likely “the single most important person in German Intelligence … Von Roenne gave Allied counterintelligence an enormous advantage.” Had this key Christian not done what he did, one wonders if Hitler might have won the war. God had this servant (son-by-adoption) Alexis in place to defeat Hitler. He was arrested by the Gestapo, tried by a Nazi court, and hanged to die on a meat hook. Please listen to and read his magnificent words written to his wife and mother perhaps just hours before his mother’s “Alecci” was placed to die on a meat hook.
Exposing hellish SLANDER vs JESUS Paul Humber 2021-04-08 | Many seem unaware that Matthew 25:46 has been mistranslated? Dr. G. Campbell Morgan, in the book, “This Was His FAITH, The Expository Letters of G. Campbell Morgan”, gave encouraging words. He was pastor of Westminster Chapel in London for 25 years, and helped in the training of Dr. Martyn Lloyd-Jones. Dr. Morgan also gave a very helpful illustration related to this and the duration of St. Paul’s Cathedral in London.
CONDITIONAL IMMORTALITY & Scotland’s Mackintosh Paul Humber 2021-03-04 | Church of Scotland’s Professor Hugh R. Mackintosh weighed in on CONDITIONAL IMMORTALITY. He had some positive things to say but then failed in trying to disqualify the doctrine. He wrote, for example, that the New Testament writers assumed the immortality of the soul, but they didn’t! See 1 Cor 15:53, as a case in point. Usually in my videos, you get to hear but not see me. At the end of this video, however, you get briefly to “see” the man (me) who had been speaking. It was not intentional on my part, but you can nevertheless briefly see me from a reflection off the TV screen I had been using.

A student at the Haverford School had asked then faculty-member Humber, “If God is real, why hasn’t He revealed Himself?” 157 passages in Humber’s book show that Jesus was and is Jehovah God revealed in human flesh. In other words, God has preeminently revealed Himself in Jesus. PROTESTANT LIBERALISM = POISON Paul Humber 2020-11-24 | This article is about PROTESTANT LIBERALISM equaling poison, Harry Emerson Fosdick, and his book, LIVING UNDER TENSION. Sadly, Dr. Fosdick seems to have drunk deep from evolutionary-poisoned waters. He wrote of “long evolutionary ages,” etc. He also believed the Bible teaches unending torment in hell, but he was mistaken. He wrote that Jesus’ question, “My God, my God why—why has thou forsaken in me?” never has been adequately answered, but I give an adequate answer in this video.

He had a hidden cistern in his Lancaster home which involved a concealed tunnel where slaves could hide. He was a prime-mover to get Lincoln going on the Emancipation Proclamation, and even when he died at age 76, black soldiers guarded his casket in the Capitol Rotunda. In fact, inscribed on his grave are the word, “EQUALITY OF MAN BEFORE HIS CREATOR.” Stevens was/is a white man who loved and fought vigorously for blacks.

Lehmann was ordained a Roman Catholic priest and wrote about the tyranny of priestly “celibacy.” Many Catholic priest are not “chaste,” and forced “celibacy” is both unnatural and unbiblical. ELEPHANT + ME Paul Humber 2019-11-30 | On November 10, 2019, God gave me the privilege of riding on one of His majestic creatures. The Nepali gentle giant allowed this 77-year-old, with the assistance of others to be sure, to climb aboard its back. It was all a part of man’s exercising “dominion” or “rule” over animals. Genesis 1:28 says man should “have dominion over … every living thing that moves on the earth.” All animals are precious, but only humans were made to resemble God. God came into this world to save sinful man, but I suspect that He will have many animals in heaven. This gentle giant I don’t believe was abused by me. In fact, it seemed it enjoyed my rewards. You might find my getting aboard a bit comical, but my pole-vaulting arms of old helped me again this month. I ascended with help from self, men, and beast, but Christ’s ascension needed no man or beast. You can read about it in Acts 1. He’s also coming back. Let’s be ready.
SANTA—A WRONG START IN LIFE Paul Humber 2019-11-21 | It’s interesting that you may hear many birds chirping up a storm during this video. Apparently, I had left windows open, but in her 33-page booklet, The Amish of Lancaster County, Berenice Steinfeldt wrote, “Children are not taught to believe in Santa Claus, because to their way of reasoning, this would be practicing deception, and thus give the children a wrong start in life.” I fostered that deception when I was in high school, being an employee at John Wanamaker’s Department Store in Philadelphia for successive seasons. I was paid to photograph children who sat on Santa’s lap and have a collection of 40 original letters written for “Santa.”

OT “Vine”—NT VINE Paul Humber 2019-10-14 | Many people seem confused about the promises of God to Israel (in the Old Testament) and how Jesus is the fulfilment of them all. Some seem to think that God has two programs—one for Israel and one for Gentiles, but this is not so. God all along has had one plan, and it involves both Jews and Gentiles. Are you aware that he may have contributed indirectly to Mother’s living longer on earth? He was an aeronautical engineer PLUS. He also said, “God made life simple. It is man who complicates it.” He had a “darker past,” but who reading/watching this hasn’t? He wrote of “a kind Providence.” It seems he was there attributing kindness to God.
SABBATH SOLUTION Paul Humber 2019-09-17 | Many people are confused about the Sabbath. What does it mean to keep the Sabbath? What day is the appropriate day? What are we not allowed to do on the Sabbath? How do we each one practice this law in our lives? There is an answer, and it’s found in Scripture! For a starter, one way to honor God is to believe that He “made heaven and earth” in six days, which is stated right inside the Sabbath commandment. “Science” that brainwashes youngsters about fake “billions-of-years” and bows to Darwin should be rejected. Did Jesus affirm that He was the fulfillment of the Ultimate Jubilee? Yes! He said, “Today this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.” There is also a caution in this video.
ANCIENT UPENN FLOOD TABLET Paul Humber 2019-09-04 | This ancient tablet from Nippur (modern Nuffar, Iraq) is housed in the University of Pennsylvania’s Museum (Babylonian Section). Dr. Hermann V. Hilprecht, once Professor of Assyriology at Penn, wrote The Earliest Version of the Babylonian Deluge Story and the Temple Library of Nippur, published by the University of Pennsylvania in 1910. He wrote, that it “con-tains the oldest account of the Babylonian Deluge Story extant.” This is a different tablet from the one Dr. Irving Finkel promoted in his book, The Ark Before Noah. Translations for each line of the tablet are provided in this video.
Dr Martin Luther King, DeWolf, & Dad Paul Humber 2019-08-22 | Dr. Harold DeWolf, former Professor of Systematic Theology at Boston University, was not only the “dissertation advisor” for Martin Luther King (1955) but also for my dad, Dr. Charles M. Humber (1953). Recently, I finished reading one of DeWolf’s eleven books, The Enduring Messages of the Bible. How does this all relate to my dad and Dr. King? Also, in 2014, Dr. Charles M. Humber's four children made their father's New Testament research available, and Anna (Humber) Rolen captured some of the scenes when she was 16 in Boston. Some of her art may be seen in this video.
Matthew 24:34, was JESUS in ERROR? NO! Paul Humber 2019-07-24 | Some people allege that Jesus did not know what He was talking about when He said, “Truly, I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place” (Matthew 24:34), but contrarywise, Jesus knew exactly what He was saying. This video makes a strong case that Jesus knew what He was saying, and I introduce a perspective that may actually be new—at least I don’t remember reading it anywhere.
CHRIST & Chameleon Math Paul Humber 2019-06-30 | Many Orthodox Jews and so-called “Jehovah’s Witnesses” are adamant that God cannot be a Complex Unity—that He is a Simple Unity, but I prove from the Tanakh (Old Testament) that the very word (Echad) used for God’s oneness is also used for husband/wife oneness, people oneness, animal oneness, plant oneness, and inanimate oneness.
EGYPTIAN ERROR Paul Humber 2019-06-22 | Ancient Egyptians promoted the false notion that one can get into paradise by being good. Supposedly, the Ba (individual’s soul) must give 42 confessions of innocence after death to 42 judges. In the Hall of the Two Truths, Osiris supposedly sits on a throne of judgment. The “heart” of the dead person must be weighed in the balance and found to be lighter than the feather of truth. I do make one positive comment about this ancient Egyptian religion, however.
PLATONIC POISON! Paul Humber 2019-05-20 | You can see in this video slides displaying words from The Dialogues of Plato (specifically, the Phaedo) and that Plato and Socrates promoted the false-gospel that you can save yourself (i.e. experience “true being”) through philosophy. They also taught the natural “immortality” of the human soul. It is a modification of the devil’s original ploy in Genesis 3:4. According to Plato/Socrates, true life comes at death, when the soul separates from the body. This is poison and clashes with the teaching of LIFE and TRUTH Himself.
NICOLAITANISM & Barnhouse Paul Humber 2019-05-10 | WHAT IS NICOLAITANISM? Donald Grey Barnhouse tried to explain it. He had some good thing but also some things not so good. Perhaps the best is his words: “The white is a righteousness which belongs to Christ alone and which is ours only through our being in Him,” but he also thought most of Revelation was about what he termed “re-gathered Israel.” His following words I found encouraging, “Some have tried to claim that such punishment will come to an end and have argued that the phrase was one which indicated a period with a final termination at which such punishment would end. How we would love to believe this!” Well, I go on to explain why we can believe it; it’s taught in the Bible.
“STOP SOROS!” Paul Humber 2019-04-30 | George Soros fancied himself as “some kind of god, the creator of everything”! This video quotes Soros from Britain’s “The Guardian” and America’s “Los Angeles Times.” He actually feels “comfortable about” considering himself “some kind of god, the creator of everything.”

88 YEAR OLD SERMON Paul Humber 2019-04-13 | 88 YEARS AGO, my father, Dr. Charles M. Humber, preached this sermon, “CHRIST THE INCOMPARABLE.” It was in the summer of 1931 in Goderich, Ontario, Canada. The text for the sermon was “What think ye of Christ,” found in Matthew 22:42. His sermon was written out. You can see part of it in the image, but I decided to digitize it in April of 2019, nearly 88 years later. My Dad passed into the arms of Jesus in 1988.
MUSLIMS – CHRISTIANS – JEWS Paul Humber 2019-03-27 | MUSLIMS–CHRISTIANS–JEWS is a video that attempts to help people of three religions better understand one another and uses Dr. Henry M. Ancient Assyria hated Israel and vice versa. God used Jonah to warn Nineveh, and Nineveh repented!
NORTHROP FRYE, +’s and –’s Paul Humber 2019-03-12 | This is more or less a review of Northrop Frye’s book, The Great Code (Academic Press Canada, Toronto, 1982). I discuss +'s (plusses) and -'s (minuses). In the video, I stumbled over the word “inextricable”, but at least I made it visible to the viewer. In general, there are more “minuses” than “plusses.” Frye bought into the deadly doctrine of the Documentary Hypothesis.
Atheist INGERSOLL praised JESUS Paul Humber 2019-03-06 | Robert Ingersoll wrote, “In using my speeches do not use any assault I may have made on Christ, which I foolishly made in my early life.” He believed the teaching of Jesus was superior to “Socrates, Plato, Mohammed, Moses or Confucius.” Nevertheless, Ingersoll was a false teacher. In his “What Must We Do to be Saved—A Lecture by Robert G. Ingersoll”, he did NOT affirm the deity of Christ, nor did he affirm that faith in Jesus was key. As this video points out, Ingersoll was wrong in other areas. For example, he said that the New Testament “was not written for hundreds of years after the apostles were dust,” but this is extremely wrong. Neither did he seem to realize that Matthew reported that Jesus did encourage baptism. There is much more, but near the middle, I myself made an err—I used “before” when I should have used “after.” Please excuse that, but I think listeners will be able to tell what I meant from the context despite the typo.
Nepal Orphans Reciting Psalm 4:8 in English! Paul Humber 2019-03-01 | I’ve gotten to know a pastor/family who have been caring for 16 orphans in Nepal. Recently, I encouraged the children to memorize Psalm 4:8 before going to sleep, and you can hear 7 of them reciting Psalm 4:8 in English! They learned it in their own language—but also in English.
IMMORTALITY, Boettner, PROBLEMS Paul Humber 2019-02-14 | IMMORTALITY by Loraine Boettner is a book that is helpful in some areas but not in other areas. Weaknesses are pointed out in this video. He quoted only part of Jude 1:7, for example. It seems he had been influenced indirectly by Plato but wrote that he wished the eventual-harmony view were true. He thought Scripture did not allow it, but what Scripture disallows is his “traditionalist” view about limitless torment based in a confusion about “aionion.”
