~ Tea Time Fiasco ~ American girl doll stop-motion basilmentos 2019-08-09 | What happens when Julia brings a stray dog into the house during her mother's very fancy tea party? It's a total fiasco! I hope you guys like the video! Full storyline:It's the old days, and Julia's mom is quite fancy. She is having a formal tea party, and asks julia to go pick flowers for the event. While Julia is picking flowers, she finds a stray dog! She decides to take it home. Unfortunately, by the time Julia arrives back home, the tea party has already started, so she has to hide the dog so as to not disturb the guests. But of course, the dog would much rather have some fun - so it escapes! It jumps up on the tea party table, and steals a fruit tart straight from Julia's mother's plate. What a disaster. Thankfully, all of the tea party guests think the dog is hilarious. That's the problem with American Girl stopmotion, once you take a break, it can be really hard to start up again!In this episode, Lydia contacts her father, the king, and requests that he changes his ways in order to build a better kingdom. He accepts her request and gives more rights to the peasants, and Lydia returns home to the palace. But her life has changed. Every once in a while, she will still sneak over the palace wall to see her friend Hunter, who made this whole adventure possible.

~LOST PRINCESS~ Episode 1. basilmentos 2017-08-04 | Princess Lydia leads a life of luxury and wealth. Tucked away in the upper rooms of the castle, she is far away from the struggle of the peasants outside the palace wall. But when revolution strikes the kingdom, she and her sister must escape the palace and flee to the countryside. This is her first time beyond the palace wall... what will she see?This AGSM was so much fun to film and I loved making the sets and doing the stop motion (and doing the costumes which all look like they belong in hamilton honestly). I am really excited for you guys to see the rest of this series--there is some serious action coming soon!Episode 2 will be released next week, hopefully on friday if I can stay on schedule.

American Girl doll Alex goes to the farm! AGSM basilmentos 2017-06-16 | Alex (previously known as Z) and I lived on a farm for a few weeks this summer! I decided to make a little stopmotion and show you what it was like. For those of you wondering, I found this farm through a website called Worldwide Organization of Organic Farmers (WWOOF), and it's a program where you sign up to work on a farm and the family that owns the farm gives you a place to sleep and 3 meals a day in return. The family I lived with welcomed me with open arms and I had a wonderful time working with them. Their son, Henry, was super into the doll videos, and he even helped me film part of this video! I hope you guys enjoy it!
