Do you feel excess fabric at the top of your leg or your crotch area? Does the hem bang against your leg at the back, or the side or the front? Does it feel loose but tight all at the same time in the upper leg where the crotch joins to the inseam?
It could be a few things or a combination of them: Is the waist in the right place and does it stay there? Is the thigh too large and you can pinch out along the inseam through the rise seam? Can you pinch a wedge along your side seam?
