You could say mario... crashes into lakitu.
This can be done in all courses, the fastest from game start would be VCutM, which most likely is faster than current crash% record (it takes about 5 seconds from gaining control of mario to crash) (Update, I forgot there's this faster way youtube.com/watch?v=xjejXvvzDjo.) Can this be done even faster? Maybe without fixed cam? In theory there's nothing against it, but I don't know if it's actually doable, the hard part is that all the coordinates must be equal on floating point level and lakitu avoids mario.

Here's some more info:
When mario grabs/throws/drops an object, game at some point calls a function responsible for updating object's state related to these actions. The function takes a behaviour script pointer as an argument, however it always is one of fake behaviours, possibly just to uniquely tell the actions apart. What's interesting is that there's an additional else statement intended for objects that aren't holdable in the first place. Such object when thrown or dropped (you can't grab ungrabbable object, cloning allows to hold it though), gets it's behaviour pointer set to the dummy pointer that was passed to the function, and the object stops working. So what's even the point of this code? Well I was curious too and edited the else statement out, this video shows what happens. Most of the objects start behaving more logically, some get broken even more, but generally it seems better (I haven't checked every single object). Objects move to holp, and usually continue to function as intended, unless it's position is important for the behaviour (that's probably why chain piece crashes instantly). Conclusion is that I have no idea what that code is supposed to do.

The save mainly comes from getting displacement from the sign next to koopa, which allows to fix weird landing 120 star tas did.

It isn't very complicated because I do almost everything on one axis.At first I wanted to enter house from PU ,but then I realised that lowermost floor was at 207 units,and elevator goes up to 0 units,that means I won't be able to go that high (without more complex Overflow Jump).
Here is what I do: -I BLJ on elevator to get QPU speed and some more.With this I will move 4 PUs away and a little bit (distance from elevator to wall near house)
-I AB kick up elevator without losing much speed,then I punch to decerase my speed to around QPU+5000.After this I turn around at angle 49 (it gets rounded to 48) so I move at one axis to QPU and a little bit to right
-I end up in PU exactly near the wall where I wanted.Then I punch again to decerase my speed to QPU speed,so my relative position won't change after going back to main map
-I turn around to angle 32768 (backwards to 0) and I come back to main map.I press Z at first frame to reset my speed to 0,otherwise I would move again and again and again 500+ PUs away X)
