But rare is it, that one might consider it instead as a moment in time.The moment after life. When one is faced with the gravity of death, and is forced to confront it, despite all their protesting and efforts.We often give respect to the dead; but how often does one give respect to the life forced to confront death? To the life that must say goodbye to another, for the last time?When the echo of "Sorry for your loss" from others simply doesn't feel quite right, and when you wish they would say something that would remove the pain, but you know they can find no words, we are left with a hollow, uneasy feeling in this moment of exposure.With this song, I offer a resolution to that dissonance.
