Prompt for Generating Time Stamps:
"Using the attached timestamped transcript as a guide and taking the runtime into consideration, please create a YouTube chapter list wherever a new topic is introduced. Please consider major transitions to new ideas or discussion points only. Subpoints to the same topic should be treated as part of the same chapter. Please make sure the chapter timestamps accurately represent the timestamps in the transcript. DO NOT MAKE ANYTHING UP. If the video is eight minutes long, it should NOT have timestamps at the fifteen-minute mark. BE ACCURATE. Also, please list each new chapter timestamp on a new line."
Note: You may still need to check the results for accuracy. Sometimes even the best chatbots get it wrong.

Song: Timeless
Album: Timeless (2024)
Artist: Cherry Chicklet (avatar), Udio V1 (music and vocals)
Lyrics: Jeremy Bursey
Based on the Character Cherry Chicklet, from the "A Modern-day Fantasy" series by Jeremy Bursey.
Notes:
Music video test, using video footage generated by Kling AI (landscapes) and Hedra AI (lip-syncing, free version), based on images created in Leonardo AI.
Music and vocals created in Udio V1.
Music remastered in Mixcraft 10.
About:
"A Modern-day Fantasy" is a limited series written by me (Jeremy Bursey), currently available as two "annual" epic novels, "Cannonball City" and "Superheroes Anonymous," featuring the superheroic rise of a tennis star turned crime fighter who must defeat his stalker before the stalker kills him and everyone he knows. This two-part series will eventually span five smaller, but better contained novels. Years 3-10 will be released sometime after that. The current books can be found on Smashwords.
Cherry Chicklet is the rock star character featured at the second crisis point of both novels during concerts that go awry (focusing on her first and second albums respectively). Her third album is featured in the Year 4 story, still unfinished. The fourth album, Timeless, will be part of the Year 6 story.
As of August 4, 2024, Cherry Chicklet's first five albums have been written by me (Jeremy Bursey) and rendered as songs in Udio V1. I will be starting on her sixth album soon. The fifth album will be part of the Year 7 story and the sixth part of the Year 9 story. Her seventh album will be the final album from the series, but not from her character. Beginning with the eighth album, her story will continue in a spin-off (likely; still conceptualizing the idea, but likely).
If you're interested in finding out more about this character or the books she belongs to or the songs she sings (or the other things I write), be sure to sign up for my newsletter for all the latest updates (link in footer).

Lyrics:
[Verse]
Sippin' coffee in the dark, watchin' raindrops fall
Thunderstorms outside, can't ignore the call
Feelin' lonely in this cozy little space
The bitter taste of the black, matchin' my embrace (ooh-yeah)
[Verse 2]
Memories hauntin' me like a distant melody
Lost in the rhythm of the rain, set my mind free
Bluesy notes flowin' through my veins
As the coffee goes cold and the thunder remains
[Chorus]
Stormy mornings, sippin' coffee in the dark
Lost in thoughts, a lonely soul with a broken heart
Drivin' rain, drummin' windows with its beat
In this melancholic symphony, I find my retreat
[Verse 3]
Another cup, another sip, tryna drown out the pain
But the echoes of your laughter, they still remain
The caffeine rush, it can't fill this empty space
In the shadows of the storm, I find my hiding place
[Verse 4]
The city lights flicker, reflecting off the wet streets
But all I see is darkness, where our love used to meet
The steam rises up, like my hopes disappearing
In this coffee-fueled sorrow, I'm left here wondering
[Chorus]
Stormy mornings, sippin' coffee in the dark
Lost in thoughts, a lonely soul with a broken heart
Drivin' rain, drummin' windows with its beat
In this melancholic symphony, I find my retreat
[Bridge]
The lightning strikes, illuminating my tears
The thunder roars, drowning out my fears
But in this moment, I find some kind of peace
As I let go of you, and let the storm release
[Chorus]
Stormy mornings, sippin' coffee in the dark
Lost in thoughts, a lonely soul with a broken heart
Drivin' rain, drummin' windows with its beat
In this melancholic symphony, I find my retreat
[Outro]
As the storm begins to fade, and the coffee grows cold
I'll hold onto this moment, cherish the memories untold
Sippin' coffee in the dark, as the thunderstorm subsides
I'll find my way back to the light, where love still resides.
Note: Because the lyrics were generated by AI, they are free to use if you'd like to create your own version of this song.

AI is one such resource writers have in their toolboxes to speed up their workflow, using it for research or idea generation, and ChatGPT is the monster in that workspace. But sometimes using AI for this purpose may feel a little dirty, and ChatGPT may not assuage our guilt as well as we might hope.
Fortunately, Claude AI is an alternative chatbot that specializes in analyzing texts and text files, and the closest thing a writer may have to a reputable digital research assistant at 3am since Google.
And text analysis is the focus of today's video. Watch as Claude analyzes my novella "Gutter Child" for

Note: This updated 2023 edition features a place to write or store your pre-NaNoWriMo work-in-progress content so that you can finish a novel instead of start one if you want (or start one early). It also features a new section for editing daily content independent of your main draft. Both new sections allow you to approach your novel with flexibility without worrying about compromising your word count tracking. Also features new research collection documents and a place to display your images and "I Won" banners and prizes. It's the best NaNoWriMo Basic Template yet! This novel, which blends the pulp adventure of Indiana Jones with the mundane corporate comedy of The Office, is still a work-in-progress and a bit of a mess at the moment, but this video and its subsequent multi-episode series will document my journey as I fix what's currently written (and broken) as well as capture the ups and downs of trying to finish, and publish, a work that's haunted me for years.

QuickWrite, from the makers of Author Lab, MockupShots, and other helpful resources for writers on a budget, is the latest entry into the AI authoring technology space that focuses on fiction authors, nonfiction authors, bloggers, marketers, and the artistically challenged. This video follows me as I use it for the first time (in an effort to break it so the creator might find ways to improve it) and demonstrate some of its core features, including plot generation, book description, power editing (for research), and character portrait creation (through its built-in art generator).
Contents:
0:00 Introduction: An Overview of QuickWrite
8:55 Part 1: My First Impression of QuickWrite
55:17 Part 2: Additional Thoughts about QuickWrite and Using AI in the Arts
Notes:
-This video is not a review, so it does not cover every QuickWrite feature or even the majority of them. Rather, it goes in-depth on a few features as I might use them myself.
-This video is based on the beta version of QuickWrite as of March 10, 2023. "Beta" means the program has not been released as of this recording. I don't know when it will be made public. You can probably find out more by signing up for the Adazing newsletter. adazing.com
-I originally recorded this video to tell the creator what I'd like to see in a future update, not to review it. So, again, this is NOT A REVIEW.
-Part 2 goes deeper into the AI discussion and suggestion box by showing off an AI art program called Artsmart AI. This section also shows how to generate better results through specific prompts and seeds. The purpose of this section is to show the creator how the UI could be improved to help authors generate better descriptions "quickly."
-I recorded Part 2 on laundry day, so the dryer makes an appearance near the end of the video. Sorry about that.
-Yes, you CAN still use tools that are not called ChatGPT. But you don't have to. This is an alternative, as most things are.
-If you want to see more videos like this, please let me know in the comments.
P.S. If you chose Option #1, congratulations, you're still a classic. If you chose Option #2, how's avoiding that calculator been going for you?

MockupShots is an app that simplifies the book marketing process by converting your book cover into a 3D prop for a scene of your choosing. Whether you want to display your e-book on the beach to attract your Instagram fans, or show off your paperback in the hands of an adoring reader for the benefit of your Facebook Ads, MockupShots makes that illusion possible. Just upload your cover and choose your mockup, then decide where and how to use it. It's as simple as that.
This video covers MockupShots's main features, as well as demonstrates how to build a sample mockup using the Testimonial Builder.

Book Brush is one such tool that helps an author get his or her book out into the marketing space effectively. By using Book Brush's Canva-like graphics system and tiny mockups of the book as an e-book or paperback, an author can create custom ads for any social media, as well as craft designs for email campaigns, Amazon product pages, and more.
But Book Brush does more than just provide authors with a simple canvas for designing ads. It also provides the author with instant mockups: images of readers actually reading the book, even though these readers have never actually seen the book. It's revolutionary.
It's also something that rival book ad design software MockupShots specializes in.
This video takes a brief look at both apps and compares their strengths and weaknesses in relation to each other. It also shows how using both apps can increase the author's marketing reach, especially if he or she has access to other third-party design apps like Canva or VistaCreate.

MockupShots: swiy.co/jb-yt-mockupshots
Note: I will be doing a more comprehensive video on MockupShots as a follow-up to this one.

Now that visitors are beginning to discover it and subsequently doing nothing with it, I realize I probably should've called it the Book Ideas Exchange.
But that doesn't change the fact that it's simple to use and effective if used, so I wanted to publish a new video that reminds readers and writers what it's for, how to use it, and why they all should. If you're a writer, post your ideas and see what response it gets. If you're a reader, post an idea you'd like a writer to write. If you're a writer who sees an idea he or she likes, leave a comment and get to writing! And don't forget to share your progress.
If we do more than stare at it, if we actually use it, we can see the rise of a new trend in books.

Be sure to let me know if you got the bundle and what you think of it, because I didn't buy it, and I'd still like to know.

Google Play Books has opened its service to all independent publishers, so it’s a good idea to publish your books there and expand your audience reach. But how do you do that? This continuing series walks you through the basic steps to get up and running.
EPISODE DESCRIPTION:
You've created the e-book and posted it for sale. But have you considered converting it into an audiobook yet? If so, Google Play Books has you covered. As of April 2022, authors can use its text-to-speech technology to create auto-narrated audiobooks to use on the Google Play platform. This video will peek behind the curtain and demonstrate how that works, as well as to discuss best practices during the conversion process.
This episode also highlights Blakify, an app dedicated to text-to-speech conversions, and ScribeCount, an app that tracks your sales across most self-publishing platforms.
