This is a character study- nothing more.Now I’ve always wanted to do a character study (and for my first one I’m not sure if I did it quite as I envisioned haha) but as someone who despised this character for numerous reasons in season 2, Dacre sure did one hell of a job with Billy in season 3.The montage of his father forcing him to not be "a pussy” atop of the relentless child abuse and his mother abandoning him definitely gave a lot of context to his behavior. (I read that gargoyles are likely to be chimeras so the ‘McCall pack’ is definitely composed of such)The gargoyles that exist among the supernaturals don’t harm other supernaturals unless they deem them dangerous (yes peter is on thin ice); however, once Hope- a werewolf, vampire and witch- activates her werewolf curse, she’s deemed too dangerous to stay alive by many other gargoyles. Isaac and the pack want to keep her safe so they send him to the school and the rest is pretty self explanatory. ( The knife/ancient artifact is a very powerful weapon that gargoyles can wield to protect humans from dangerous supernaturals. Isaac feels as though it’s not safe at the school so he pesters Hope about it until she gives it to him (and she does because she trusts his judgement.) This was definitely the most challenging project I’ve ever done, but it’s also the one I’m most proud of.This year I started college in the summer (which was not as bad as it sounds😂) and it was the most eyeopening and reflective summer of my life. I made friends, memories and ended up with an aching heart but if I could do it all again, I would. This video means so much to me because it shows so many different aspects of not only my summer but my entire year. And I especially love the ending because it emphasizes that there will always be calm after the storm and to always keep your hopes up because it DOES GET BETTER.Rebekah’s quote about forgiveness is especially touching to me because this year I learned how to truly forgive others- and for this, it has made me a better woman. As a senior, I had an obligation to create a senior project that included meaning from a piece of literature that I have read. This is based on Shakespeare’s play, A Midsummer Night’s Dream.Hermia and Lysander are the main couple; however, Hermia does not have her father’s consent to be with Lysander and he will either force her to marry another man or kill her. In this video, the fairies (yes, there are fairies) want to help Lysander and Hermia be together, so they ask the king of the fairies to help them. He replies with, “it’s not so easy to do when you’re playing a game without rules.” This is because tainting with love and fate can have undesirable consequences.As it would turn out, the fairies succeed in transferring them to present day where they could be together; but, they lose their memories of each other in the process. No worries! They just fall in love all over again as high school students! Both ships are remarkable in their own way; however, this season has opened my eyes to a few things. I have been rooting for stydia since season one, but if her feelings truly changed after the kiss in 3x11- why didn't she say anything? She never gave stiles reason to believe she felt any different in seasons four and five, but now she admits that she's had feelings for him since season three. She also says this in front of one of her best friends- Malia Tate. Malia was Stiles' girlfriend. He is her anchor. She was in love with him and the entire time- he was still in love with Lydia (proven in 6x01). In 6x09 Malia lied about seeing the connection between Stiles and Lydia in her memories. She only saw a few memories, but Lydia was present in none of them. She lied because Lydia was hesitant to do anything on her part to find Stiles after Scott and Malia almost died in their efforts. She's ironically letting him go to get him back.
