We talk about competitive powerlifting. More specifically, we discuss topics such as training longevity, strategies on meet day, technique refinement, the intricacies of Sumi’s training, and the importance of cultivating certain psychological traits. (This list isn’t exhaustive either; Sumi and Lyle were both very generous with their time and knowledge, which I’m grateful for.)
There’s something for everyone here, so as with my last interview with Lyle, I’ve included time stamps below that allow you to skip to whatever topic that interests you most. However, I think the interview is best experienced from start to finish.

My critical review of Jeff Nippard's bench press specialization program: youtu.be/hGrypn3v0XI?si=DJEnFxgJSeqVcCU8
First, I outline my back growth protocol. Second, I explain why what I did to grow my back shouldn't really matter to you, except for one thing (that is, my focus on progressive tension overload above all). Third, I defend the argument that progressive tension overload is the primary driver of muscle growth. I conclude by discussing two useful upshots of accepting my argument, among which is the fact that you won't have to waste your time watching nearly as much YouTube fitness content. Time stamps are given below:
0:00 Chapter 1 - Introduction
3:54 Chapter 2 - My back growth protocol
10:22 Chapter 3 - Why you shouldn't care about my back growth protocol (except for one, important thing)
15:12 Chapter 4 - The real key to muscle growth anywhere
24:04 Chapter 5 - Conclusion

It occurred to me that Noel's exact words in his video also apply to him. So, I decided to make this video, wherein I re-enact Noel's script about Nikocado, except with a few substitutions to show how the content applies to Noel just as much as to Nikocado. I conclude by sharing my thoughts about what this means for Noel.

In this video I explain the hoaxers' motives and methods, and then I give my opinion as to whether they accomplished what they set out to prove.
This video, partly investigative and partly critical, delves first into the fitness information offered on the site, and second into the community on the board. I conclude with suggestions for people who either frequent the forum or wish to visit it.
