The Nier Situation is Sad Gokudoni 2026-04-15 | Nier: Automata is one of the most critically acclaimed games of the past decade, yet the sequel to this masterpiece has had a troubled lifecycle. It was conceived as a gacha game whose end of service has passed over a year ago. Certain fans have attempted to revive the game in an offline form, but this lead to a war of words between different parts of the Nier community, debating on topics of artistry, ownership, preservation and so on.
