On a decent, it also means not hitting any pre-programmed flow or pressure limits. For those of you with pump machines already pulling shots in the ~15s range, you are already pulling this style of shot.This profile works best with lighter roasted wash coffees where it accentuates fruit and floral notes, leaving behind darker bitterness and chocolate tones in the puck. When the opportunity to buy some early access 64m SSP cast burrs, I jumped at it. Aligning these burrs in a Fellow Ode is a bit unconventional, but in the end not too difficult if you have a good starting point.
