Hi friends, Today's review is very unique, it is a travel watercolor box from Lightwish with lots of drawers and moving parts, but instead of being gimmicky, it is actually very useful! You can see it here: amazon.com/dp/B0G2S2XQBS?ref=t_ac_spc_accepted_tile&linkCode=tr1&tag=frugalcrafter-20&linkId=B0G2S2XQBS_1772204174583
This product was provided for review, and affiliate links are used.
Pros:
*Sturdy
*Room for 24 colors, 16 in one slide-out tray and 8 in another (perfect for separating watercolor and gouache.
*Has a tripod mount
*Ceramic mixing tiles (one ceramic palette is removable).
*Has a pull out watercompartment but I think that is better for holding a compact water brush like the koi mini: amzn.to/4r5HwOn you can separate.
*Contains sturdy magnetic latches and brass knobs.
The overall base is a rugged plastic.
Cons:
The top of the box that you clip your paper to is adjustable, but only really secure at the spot the stops reclining, and the hinged top part can't take much weight, so keep that in mind when painting. You need to provide your own clip for paper. I suggest a light one.
Bottom line, I really like it, it is cute, novel and very nice to use. I recommend it!
