This is another in my series on fantasy worldbuilding. If you are looking to create a fully realised fantasy world, you need to look at what people are eating and drinking. This relates to the animals, the terrain, the ecosystem and of course, different fantasy races. Not every race needs to eat or drink the same things and not everything has to be ordinary and familiar.
