📍Myanmar | Ma Ni Ni Win was in the backyard with her baby when she stepped on a landmine. Before even realising she had lost her leg, her first instinct was to make sure her child was safe.

Through the Hpa-an Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Centre, she received a prosthetic limb and rehabilitation support. After once relying on her family to move around, she can now care for them again.
