1. Make sure no other external audio devices are connected to the computer.
2. Plug the USB connector of the headset or USB transmitter into a computer USB port.
3. Go to the Sound Settings of the computer, select EKSA device as the input and output devices, and the select path is:
Start-Settings-System-Sound-Select output device as EKSA device, select input device as EKSA device;(If no EKSA Device is displayed, you can select USB Audio Device).
4. At this time, the earphone audio setting is completed, and sound can be transmitted from earphone normally.
