Hello Friends,
Doom 2 neither does not run on a windows ce device nor does run on a Brailnote - but it is a very important device for visually impaired people around the world, so the Brailnotes midi soundfont might be very familiar and nostalgic to former users of this device (which is the Brailnote mPower to be precise).
As I'm not familiar with Windows CE devices, I don't know if this soundfont was generally found on several devices running Win-CE or if this is a speciality of the Brailnote. If you know more, let me know in the comments!
