A lot of people say that nostalgia is a negative thing—that we’re just longing for the past. I couldn’t disagree more.
In today’s video, I’m sharing why I believe nostalgia is actually a "comfort blanket" that can cheer us up and provide us with vital lessons for the future. Inspired by a wonderful conversation during our last Monday Meet-Up, I’m looking back at everything from 1970s school dinners and my first root beer to the holiday camp singalongs of "Viva España."
We aren't looking back because we want to live there; we’re looking back to find the "pearls of wisdom" that help us move forward.
