I whistle here especially low notes on one of the most stirring compositions of J-S Bach's Cantates : Aria of Vergnügte Ruh, beliebte Seelenlust (BWV 170)

Apart from the great musical interest of this splendid music, this is an excellent exercise to whistle low notes for the following points :
- to work the precision of the whistled notes, difficult to master at these low frequencies
- to whistle with a slight not too pronounced vibrato that would be bad style for this type of music
- to work the note attacks as clearly as possible which is particularly difficult for the lowest notes
