ID’ed another one! I’ve figured out which Hermès scarf Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) is wearing in SATC (The Birkin episode) and the answer is at the end! I’ve even identified the scarf ring paired with her scarf too. This episode, formally called “Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda” is where Samatha tries to buy an Hermès Birkin and name drops her client, Lucy Liu. Carrie dresses for the occasion in some vintage Hermès and I’ve discovered that the scarf in question is called “Gaucho” by Caty (Cathy) Latham in 1978. This motif was only released in a size 45cm, but includes many colorways!
