Wendy's is one of the more popular fast food chains that exist. Aside from being known for their burgers, fries, chili and frostees, they are also known to have perhaps the cutest fast food mascot of them all, Wendy Thomas! Wendy's has not only changed the fast food game but this year they started to change the social media game as well. Back in January the @wendy's account was challenged with a tweet and the twitter account was quick to fire back in a very comedic and sassy way that quickly gained attention all across the internet. Because of the popularity of the account and the tone of the tweets, it became a popular subject people began to interpret in various ways. The most popular of which was Wendy Thomas being re-imagined as an anime girl known as smug wendy.
