But if you see someone you don't like standing in public area, be it a journalist, politician, or whoever, and you gather up a gang of thugs and you use physical force to chase that person away from a public area, that is perfectly lawful behavior according to Judge Thomas Ryan, district attorneys Kate Molina and Todd Jackson, and the Portland police.
In fact, the person whom you're targeting would be guilty of crimes if they stop you from forcibly ejecting them from said public area.
