Here’s what I did while on my United States Air Force flight attendant layover in Scotland! 🏴✈️
Since I had a layover in London for a couple of days, I decided that for one of those days, I’d take the train up from England all the way into Scotland. This has been the longest train ride I’ve done this far in the United Kingdom, taking around 5 hours. But I feel like it was definitely worth it.
The country, and also Edinburgh specifically, has a certain charm and magic to it. And even though I was only able to spend a couple of hours exploring the city, I am so happy that I was able to take matters into my own hands and to visit a place I’ve been wanting to go to for a very long time.
And something tells me that this won’t be my last time visiting… 👀
