Drawing explanations
1: the starting grounds so to speak.. reference to Kirby's dream Buffett..
2: trying to figure out how the body works, interesting dynamic here.. reference to Kirbys dream/Spring breez..
3: point of arrival in the Forgotten land, I think the shadow really added to this..
4: just a basic drawing, still trying to figure out how to draw the body..
5: in a dark area, I really liked how the body turned out here.. inspired off of The Shadow levels of donkey Kong country and one image I found on Google..
6: shenanigans basically, the main problem at the time was trying to make the white part of his cloak look good.. reference to Kirby's adventure..
7: front facing today, think I did a decent job with it.. reference to when he had an axe as a weapon in his boss battle in triple deluxe
8: didn't really have any ideas for this one tbh..
9: most interesting out of the bunch, I think I did a good job but I could have done better on the arm.. reference to Kirby Superstar Ultra revenge of the king..
10: a Crossover! I accidentally made dedede a little bit too short here so oops.. reference to Kuros feather in Ori and to the blind Forest (thought it would be interesting to make it bigger here)
11: I didn't have any ideas for this one so I just took a screenshot of a Minecraft forest and put Dedede in there, ironically this is one of my favorites..
12: they are watching Netflix to make dees feel better with his sickness, starting to get a handle of Dedede's body shape now..
13: a no-brainer really, impressived how the body turned out again.. reference to the Dark matter trilogy..
14: I could have done something Ripple star but I wanted to be different so a drew shadow DDD giveing the real DDD a fat L, try to distinguish the design a little bit by making it look more intimidating.. reference to dedede tour in triple deluxe. (NO IT'S NOT A REFERENCE TO THAT ONE SCENE IN UNIKITTY)
15: wanted to be a little bit more sentimental, also a combination of tiredness I guess.. reference to masked dedede in forgotten land
16: I don't think Dedede survived the night, did a good job with the pose here.. reference to super smash Bros ultimate..
17: honestly I think I blew it out the park with this one! got the proportions good and the details along with the soulless expression, this is just eye candy for me at this point.. reference to forgotten land post game..
18: reminiscing about the past.. make the references yourself cuz I don't feel like listing them..
19: meta humor is always fun.. my Dedede is getting better with every day!
20: stay safe on your Computers! I think I finally managed to make the white part on his robe look good, proud of myself for that.. reference to that one guy I forgot his name..
21: decided to go a little bit abstract today.. references can be up to interpretation..
22: again I ran out of ideas, just gave DDD dressing texture because I thought it would be funny..
23: I had a poll deside this one and it ended up being Meta knight, decided to put DDD in a suit because someone said it was hot..
24: I had a crappy DDD mii sitting on my switch so I used that, uncanny.. DDD looks awesome as usual..
25: no brainer, so I made him short again :/
26: so I got a gift card for Christmas and I couldn't buy the games I want off of the switch Eshop because it doesn't take gift cards, so I went to GameStops online store instead and consistently my orders were canceled for some dumb reason.. it's fixed now btw 😐👍 (reference to Evangelion)
27: A Kirby AU where everything is normal, except Escargoon is still around and doing stuff in the games.. that's it, I miss him... 😔
28: dedede keeps a secret stash of chips in his hammer.. that's it...
29: doofus misplaced his coat again.. tryed to fix the closet so it complements where DDD is but I failed, need to fix that 🗿
30: only hollow Knight fans will understand this joke..
31: adventure time frame but Jake and Finn are replaced with DDD and Kirby
