Driving in Whitehorse, Yukon's capital, on a late Tuesday summer evening!

Yukon is in the Pacific Time Zone same like British Columbia!
~30K people live in Whitehorse, most retail sector (Walmart, Canadian Tire, Dollarama, etc.) employees are from The Philippines and security guards from India (foreign students), exactly the same like in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories!
Overwhelmingly, non Yukon-plate vehicles seen in Whitehorse are Americans from difefrent states traveling from/to Alaska, some Alberta, Quebec, BC plates and very rare Ontario plates!
RCMP provides policing same like in rest of Yukon and Northwest Territories!
Sales tax 5% but consumer goods are way more expenisve in Yukon than in Ontario BEFORE tax!
Full of homeless people and drug addicts begging for money, most of them are indigineous, same like in Yellowknife!
Wages are higher than in any Canadian province, very few people are willing to relocate anywhere in Yukon or Northwest Territories for that matter due to the very harsh climate conditions and total isolation from highly populated urban centers!
If people don't mind those extremely important factors, Yukon and Northwest Territories are very good places to make some good money otherwise not possible in any of the ten Canadian Provinces, Ontario included!
