We’re in Windsor Ontario to try what they call is the best pizza in the world. A Windsor style pizza is shredded pepperoni, canned mushrooms, bacon green pepper and cheese from Galati cheese factory. Its a unique combo put on the map by a CBC documentary a few years ago. After years of making pizza videos and claiming that Hamilton, Ontario is the best pizza city in canada, I’ve received hundreds of comments that I’m wrong and we have to go to Windsor, Ontario. So, Chef Clay Smith and I are here… we’re trying 10 places in 48 hours to see if it’s legit, or if everyone is full of it.
