Our Living Wage Bonus Program is just one of the many things we do to make our tech fair.
These bonuses help bridge the gap between minimum wage and a livable salary. How does it work? We work with organizations such as the Wage Indicator Foundation to establish what a living wage should look like across countries, and we pay the difference to factory workers who work on Fairphone devices. Since the program's inception, we have paid out nearly USD$1.25M in bonuses, with $215,000 paid out in 2025 alone.
