It's quite unbelievable to me, even now, that this item was created in just a few hours after being completely annihilated twice in days of work.

I went ahead and changed up some small things in the PoB to make up for the 40% MoM (which allows us to go MoM + EB for Perma RF & no Mana required earlier).
Another thing is that I swapped out of Swift Assembly into Pierce Support for the leveling portion of the game, probably until you get +3 Pierce on the tree you would then swap back to Swift Assembly for a proper damage support.
