We pushed the AltMill CNC to the limits and tried our hands at carving a life-size version of Han Solo frozen in carbonite to help celebrate "May the Fourth" (what can we say, we love Star Wars...a lot.)
Sounds simple right? Well.....we used rigid foam which we don't use often and it didn't cut like we thought, and the depth presented challenges for our bits....but….we found tiling something this detailed was easier than expected.
