WayV (威神V) first time performing in New York, Full Concert Live at Central Park SummerStage
At their first-ever concert in New York City, the members of WayV (威神V) performed their hits Bad Alive, Big Bands, Filthy Rich, Frequency, Give Me That, Ice Tea, Love Talk, Low Low, Might As Well, Moonwalk, and Poppin' Love.
WayV is a globally renowned Chinese pop boy group under the label SM Entertainment and a prominent sub-unit of the mega-group NCT. The group is currently composed of Kun, Ten, Xiaojun, Hendery, and Yangyang; Lucas and Winwin were a part of the original lineup but departed in May 2023 and July 2026, respectively.
Known for their experimental production, sharp choreography, and multilingual tracks, they have captured an international fanbase with hits like "Phantom," "Love Talk," and "On My Youth." This performance highlights their powerful vocals and stage presence as they headline the Central Park SummerStage in Manhattan.
The show marked an incredible moment for the band as part of a free night of Chinese pop presented in association with the China Institute of America's Centennial celebration.
Formed in 2019, WayV (威神V) is a globally recognized Chinese-language boy band and a sub-group of SM Entertainment's massive NCT ecosystem. They are famous for their unique style blending Mandopop, hip-hop, dynamic dance rhythms, and smooth R&B vocals.
