Watchman is a great example of the type of hero skill designs enabled by recent adjustments to the Jetpack. Such new combination of skills would not have been possible in the previous framework, since scouting + extra damage + slow effects + high mobility would have made Watchman OP. Universal, high-mobility Jetpack movements have limited the design choices for different heroes, and you'll start to see interesting designs like Watchman, Ducksyde, Beau and Syfer more and more in future updates.
