I took a road trip through West Virginia in October/November of 2023 and visited 13 Fallout 76 locations. This is the third episode in a series where I took pictures in real life and then tried to capture/recreate them in the game. The real life photos are always first in the video.

The Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum is located in Weston, West Virginia about 2 hours south of the location in Episode 2. It served as a sanctuary for the mentally ill starting in the mid-1800s. They offer tours during the season and have special events at Halloween.
