In this virtual event recording of ‘Warurabanga – Make string and find out about the Gadi people’, students visit the Museum of Sydney. Museum staff show some Indigenous objects and connect them to stories from the site. Students will also explore the life of Daringa, wife of Gadigal warrior Colebee, and Gadigal fisherwomen. Finally, learn a traditional Aboriginal stringing technique in the same way as has been done by Gadigal women in Sydney for so many years.
