The mod like One Piece Pirate Warriors 4 Allows player to directly do any of the "charge" skills at anytime of characters I scripted thus allowing them to create a custom unique combos plus access to CPU/AI only skills ( red specials ) etc.
The mod also alters the CAMERA to be more ACTION like oriented and closed to the character like in the video thus giving an immersive field feeling.
