Team: Benkei, Zhang He, Seimei Abe
The route to this level is exactly the same as The World's End, although there are some minor differences in execution: the Benkei speed boost route works slightly differently, and you also start the level at a slightly different location.
0:10 - I try to manipulate some background lag by looking at the enemies here. I haven't tested extensively, but turning the camera around like this seems to work for this purpose. (Background lag is necessary to do the wallzip and gain height quickly.)
0:24 - same deal: I turn camera around in an attempt to manipulate background lag for the second wallzip. I didn't get this wallzip on first attempt, but to compensate, I got one extra Benkei speed boost while going upstairs. In the end, that made this attempt faster than another one where I did get both wallzips first try. Eh, this game can be a bit weird sometimes.
The missed wallzip and one unnecessary Benkei air special look sloppy, but the especially good RNG at the end still makes this my fastest attempt.
