AKheon | Warriors Orochi 3 Ultimate - Battle of Xuchang - Redux in 45.00 @AKheon | Uploaded September 2021 | Updated October 2024, 13 hours ago.
Team: Jiang Wei, Muneshige Tachibana, Benkei
This level is essentially the same as the regular version of the level. You start at the same spot, and you can skip everything using angled glitch the same way as before. The main difference is the level dialogue - this version of the level is slightly slower than the original due to more (and different) message boxes.
As for my character choice, Muneshige Tachibana is (as always) my go-to character for angled glitch and convenient wall breach, Benkei has his infamous speed movement tactic and... Jiang Wei? He gets to be in the team for the first time ever simply because this reduces the amount of dialogue during the level, saving a few seconds.
(To be more precise, if you don't have Jiang Wei in your team, an NPC Jiang Wei will spawn during the level. He says a line and then Liu Shan replies to him. If you do have Jiang Wei, a generic guy spawns instead, and Liu Shan doesn't reply to him. In other words: you get one message less.)
I hadn't leveled up Jiang Wei at all, so in the end I decided to use Benkei as the powerhouse character who defeats both Dong Zhuo and Shuten Doji.
