So I found this song randomly on YouTube and grew a bit of a weird obsession with it. I didn’t really plan on remixing it since it felt way out of my league but I found a really good midi for this song and thought I’d try it anyway. After remixing it, I ended up liking what I made, so here I am uploading this remix :)
Finding this song also made me really interested in WarioWare recently. I’ve been binging a lot of WarioWare stuff on YouTube, and it really makes me want to try the games out sometime soon. (though I have played that one free touhou/WarioWare fan game, which was pretty fun). I also saw one of my subscribers pop up in the comments of a WarioWare WTF?! video, which felt kinda surreal.
Regarding the remix, one thing that kinda bothers me about it is the part at 2:12. Not sure if using that instrument was the right call or not. I wanted the end of the song to have a lot of energy which I think the instrument does, but a part of me thinks it sounds messy and distorted. I spent a lot of time convincing myself it sounds fine, but I might reupload this video if people don’t like it.
