Took these Quesadillas up a notch and used Wagyu Filet Tips from Hassell Cattle Company! Check out the video on this extremely tasty meal!
• Started with a 1 pound pack of Wagyu Filet Tips from Hassell Cattle Company.
• Seasoned them with PS Seasonings Multi Tool.
• Also had peppers, onions, cheese, tomatoes, spinach zero carb wraps and hot sauce.
• Had the Blackstone burners on high and once ready lowered the temps.
• Put down some oil and started the peppers and onions.
• Did toss the spinach with olive oil before going on the Blackstone.
• Once they were about 80% done moved them to one side and had that burner set to low.
• Add some more oil and started the filet tips. Tried to keep them to a medium rare.
• Put the spinach on and tossed a few times until wilted.
• Once all was cooked to my liking, put the zero carb wraps on the Blackstone and added some cheese and then all of the ingredients. Folded this over to get both sides browned.
• When we got them to the cutting board we added hot sauce and enjoyed.
Summary: The Wagyu we get from Hassell Cattle Company is outstanding and this was a treat. These quesadillas were amazing and a very easy dinner!
