Carla Anderson, 23, disappeared sometime between 8 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 13 and Noon on Saturday, Nov. 14, 1987, from her Wadena apartment.
Despite extensive investigation by the Wadena Police Department, an arrest has not been made, and Carla has never been found. Spotlight on Crime is offering a reward of up to $25,000 in the hope that someone will come forward with information that will help investigators locate Carla Anderson.
