On the way, we discover some cool treasures, and a LOT of new Djinn. And that's just the beginning...!
Again, in this episode, I decided to pass on actually recording the sailing time between all the different locations you have to reach. However, I DO show the locations of my destinations before and after the actual travel periods on the World Map. If you still need help, don't hesitate to post a question about how to get somewhere in the comments and I'll answer it. I will also add annotations to clarify a couple of things that might be confusing, since the Western Sea is more difficult to navigate than the Eastern Sea in terms of actually getting to places.

The children on the east side of town will give us instructions to reaching the Sea of Time, so you may want to pay a visit there before venturing inside with the ship.

Using the instructions from Yallam, you can make it through, but then you have to fight Poseidon, who has been transformed into a monster by the lighting of the Venus and Mercury Lighthouses in the previous game...

Bosses Fought:
Poseidon: 4905 HP. Weak to Mars, strong against Mercury. Drops a Psy Crystal, and allows access to Lemuria once defeated.
Poseidon is frankly a bit of a doozy to defeat; with a staggering 5000 HP and high stats, he's certainly a worthy challenge. However, he starts the battle with a force field that renders him completely invincible to all forms of attack; this force field is only negated by using the Trident of Ankohl as an item. Once you do this, the battle truly begins.
Poseidon takes two actions every turn; be wary of this, as it'll mean you'll have to spend your fair share of time healing or else he can wipe you out rather quickly. His most notorious attacks are Counter-Rush and Watery Grave; the former allows him to strike back at each of his assailants with a physical attack, dealing in the range of 60-100 damage each time. The latter deals high damage to each party member, with an additional chance of instantly killing each of them. Both of these attacks are very dangerous, and it's advisable to stay on guard at all times.
Poseidon is weak to Mars, so Mars-elemental summons such as Meteor and Ulysses are extremely helpful here. Direct attack-based Psynergy skills like Death Plunge, Cutting Edge, and Astral Blast are also very helpful.
Eventually, Poseidon should go down, giving you access to Lemuria at last.
After doing so, we return to Champa, and stock up on some new equipment before heading through their apartment complex-- I mean, their cave system-- to find Briggs. Of course, he's enlisted Mommy to help him, and so she sets a gigantic lizard on us... Which, of course, we obliterate with relative ease.

-Avimander: 3792 HP. Weak to Mercury, strong against Mars. Drops a Potion.
Attack-based Psynergy techniques are very useful in this fight (Heck, they're useful until the end of the game). The Dragoon's Cutting Edge and the Ninja's Death Plunge, in particular, are extremely helpful if coupled with a few casts of High Impact, and will consistently do very decent amounts of damage. Of course, regular Mercury Psynergies will help as well. Don't forget summoning spells, either; using them will deal massive amounts of damage, although I find that strategy rather unrewarding and cheap. Heal as soon as your HP reaches about half; you'll pay brutally if you end up dying.

Afterward, we finally destroy the huge rock crushing the mast at Alhafra, allowing them to fix the boat... But good ol' Briggs escapes from the jail, grabs the boat, and sails it to Champa.

We board Pier's ship and find it overrun by a huge number of (luckily) weak monsters. However, when we're about to get to the engine room, they decide they've had enough and combine into a huge monster!

Don't forget to pick up that Cookie if you didn't get it last time! After you start sailing the ship, the East Indra Shore area disappears for the rest of the game, and the Cookie goes with it!

Potion - Kill the Aqua Jelly in the lowered area of one of the first rooms on the ship. Frost the puddle it creates and you can grab this item from a chest.

Oil Drop - Grab it right before fighting the Aqua Jelly. Shown in the video.
Mist Potion - You can't get it right now, but after Piers learns Parch, you can dock your ship in certain places, go inside, and use Parch to get rid of that pesky water.

Felix and co. head back to Indra, and return to what turns out to be Piers' ship; however, Piers insists that we go back and visit the Madrans and inform them that we were successful. As a reward for dealing with the pirates in Alhafra, we get the Cyclone Chip.
As we try to leave, though, we have an unfortunate run-in with a sinister stranger claiming to be the sister of Menardi, who was slain by Isaac in the previous game. The stranger, Karst, swears revenge and begins to follow Isaac, leaving us with no choice other than to hope for the best.

At the point where we headed north to go to Alhafra during Episode 9, head south as I did, then to the southwest end of Osenia to reach our next destination, where we can buy some new equipment and grab a couple of Djinn before heading out again.

I STRONGLY recommend grinding to at LEAST Level 13 before you take on Briggs, especially to get Felix's Ragnarok and Sheba's Flame Card (if she's currently a Pierrot) Psynergys. He has high attack, almost 900 HP, and has the potential to call in Sea Fighters to assist him in battle. He starts out with one, but if he gets two, then you should seriously focus on killing at least one of them, as they LOVE to use items that will either heal their boss, or worse, damage the party. If two of them use Oil Drops on the same turn, you're dead. Invariably, unless you're REALLY high leveled. Summons work pretty well here, but you'll have to alternate between using Djinn and summons quickly, because you can't afford the weakened stats you'll have if you set all of them on standby in an attempt to summon-rush this guy.
Eventually, with a good strategy and a bit of luck, you'll win, and trigger a ridiculously long cutscene that you might as well skip, since if you're still reading this video description I can tell you what happens about 20 times faster than the game can:
A) Briggs and his friends get arrested.
B) The Madrans get Briggs' ship.
C) Briggs' wife and son are allowed to stay on the ship until it's fully repaired.
D) Piers is proven innocent and eventually released.
E) The Madrans regain what was stolen from them by the pirates.

At the beginning, you can enter in a password obtained from the endgame save data of the first Golden Sun. This will register your party's inventories, Djinni, levels, accomplishments, and so on into THIS game. However, to get all of the data transferred, you have to enter the Gold Password, which is excruciatingly long.
The game opens with a flipped perspective of what happened before the Venus Lighthouse was lit in the previous Golden Sun, packed with so much bothersome chit-chat involving Felix's ascent to the top of the Lighthouse that virtually no gameplay is actually accomplished.
Oh well.
And then the credits roll.
At the end, we get a special sneak peek into the next game.
Later, the party meets with Iodem in Lalivero, discussing what took place. Iodem allows the party access to Babi's ship afterward.
(I was a bit confused about where to go later in the video. I finally found the place. Excuse my idiocy. O_o)
As usual, summoning spells will do a huge amount of damage to it, since it has such a large amount of HP. However, unless you used lots of Djinn fighting them earlier, you'll have to work your way through your Djinni effects to make the spells available. It's worth it, though - With summoning spells, you're much, MUCH more likely to beat them.
Make sure you have enough Djinn on Mia or Ivan so that one of them can use Wish Well, since the Fusion Dragon hits hard, and usually targets more than one Adept.
Other than that, the battle really isn't that hard...
Menardi and Saturos are both Mars-aligned, as you learned from your fight with Saturos at the Mercury Lighthouse. Therefore, Mercury attacks, such as Deluge, Hail Prism, etc., are quite useful in this battle. Attack stat-based Psynergy skills such as Planet Diver and Ragnarok if you have them in the setup you're using work as well.
Menardi is generally the one to defeat first; though Saturos has more damaging Psynergy attacks, Menardi has a skill called Death Size (Mistranslation on that last word?) that will kill an Adept instantly a good amount of the time, as well as an extremely high Agility stat. Not only this, but if you kill Saturos first, Menardi will start retaliating with the Supernova attack (which has a VERY high attack power) quite consistently. Saturos, however, also has powerful Psynergy, so don't totally neglect dealing him damage, or you'll simply draw out the fight even more.
They'll finally fall at some point, and then, after some more talking...
He has lots of powerful attacks that can kill you rather easily, however, and if he uses the Break spell after everyone summons, they'll lose their elemental bonuses and you will probably end up having to reset the game. However, with a bit of luck, this strategy works fine.
Beating Luff will grant you the final Djinni in the game, provided you got Bane beforehand on Crossbone Isle's sixth floor.
