Rosmontis Rampage | CC#9 Deepness permanent map | Week 1 Risk 18 | Clutterknights
updated
I won't lie, I was panicking while killing the last Brandguider, I'd been grinding mine and dodge RNG for days
I'm trying to edit out pauses and pause deploys in my videos but I'm not good at it tbh, if you'd like the raw footage, here you go: youtu.be/LpEewNDV6ZI
Song:
Duff McWhalen - Megaman X5
This map takes forever so I set the speed to 2x and idk if it's better or worse tbh
Music: Glessing Way! - Ys 9
Music used:
Heart Beat Shaker -Ys9
Monstrum Spectrum - Ys9
Marionette, Marionette - Ys9
This was a 4 op until I realized Flametail wasn't doing anything.
Cool Water - Megaman Zero 2
Esperanto - Megamane Zero 4
A big shoutout goes to きせる(@kisel_l-g1e for making the opening and most of phase 1 way more consistent. Before they optimized it, I was praying for crit mines to even make it to phase 1.
Ice Ridge of Noltiai - Ys 2
Underground Ruins - Ys: Memorites in Celceta
Clutterknights Rules:
- Unit must summon an object to another tile (i.e. not Surtr)
- The summon must take up a tile (i.e. not Saileach)
- The summon must not take up a deployment slot (i.e. not Kal'tsit)
- If the summon is tied to a skill the unit has to use that skill specifically (i.e. Beeswax S2)
- Summoner supporters with the SUM-X module are still banned (i.e. no Scene + module)
Music used:
A Formidable Enemy ~ Xenoblade 3
It turns out Pinch Out can be good, they just hid it in the dailies.
330 could be possible with this strat except one of the heralds hits the blue box before Lin can get the final attack in.
Music used:
Bubble Crab - Megaman X2
Tags Taken:

Stainless is definitely MVP, between the damage mitigation from his turrets and allowing for the Abduction Skip, and he puts out disgusting damage alongside Rosmontis.
Weedy being able to push the drones that spawn with Lifeline Burst is also huge, it makes them a non-issue on the right lane.

Theme X and Z37 Battle from Xenoblade Chronicles X
Over half the losses I had to this CM were to Ebenholz or Weedy launching a car or dog past a checkpoint so they could go directly to the blue box. Arknights has truly reached peak slapstick.

Definitely can be optimized, Nearl and Blacknight would be the first cuts. I may come back to it; This stage was just a lot of fun.

Battle!! (Torna) - Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna ~ The Golden Country
Regardless, it's interesting having a proper tank in Zalak now, even if she's only block 1. Ashlock can now return full time to her true passion: Danger Close Artillery Fire.
Also I wanted to do chapter 12 without Dorothy but that ended fairly quickly. Which is when I realized her S3 revealed civilians and that mechanic stopped mattering for the most part.
Songs:
Mission to The Empty Space - Star Ocean 3
The Virtual Image - Star Ocean 3
Blood on the Keys - Star Ocean 4
I love Clutter clears that end up with micro heavy clears that involves few operator redeployments, so they're also fairly static.
I'm really sad CC is going away.
Music used:
Battle!! Torna - Xenoblade Chronicles 2
Brilliant Wings - Xenoblade Chronicles 3
It was lots of fun but good lord some of the RNG is so painful. I actually thought this run was dead because up until this one, I thought I needed at least 1 dodge on either Gravel or Ashlock during the phase change.
Also the fact that the redeploy risk effects Dorothy's mines means it's maybe the hardest risk on the board week 1, even including the Extra Funny Vendetta tag.
Music used:
Operation Basepoint Lobby Theme (Instrumental)
Operation Basepoint Battle Theme
Operation Blade Lobby Theme (Instrumental)
Leakless is possible but RNG dependent, there's not really much of a way to stack clouds tighter or more out of the way, so it's just praying. And I don't have time to grind RNG on a clear that takes 30-35 minutes real time.
Also sorry that this video is so much rougher than normal, my editing software kept crashing while I was trying to edit out pauses
Module used was Repair Kit
Ashlock remains my favorite tool for countering EB
Music:
Great Wall - Armored Core for Answer
9 - Armored Core
If I ever have to micromanage a boss's position like this again I will instead burst into flames.
Music:
Trail on Powdery Snow - Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection
This actually has a lot of silly tech I like to use but is rarely necessary. Weedy pushing enemies past their checkpoint so the double back, Dorothy S3 retreats, and W S2 basically storing a charge when there's no open tiles. All sorts of silly things.

I did 25, took SP cost because, and then it worked somehow. Unfortunately this required me to take Manticore in the slot that was occupied by Durin in the 25
RNG involved:
Deepcolor S2, Manticore, Ethan, Red S1: Dodge
Ethan S2: Random chance to bind on hit
Greyy Alter: Random chance to slow on hit
Indigo: Random chance to bind on hit
Ambriel: random chance to stun when hitting an enemy outside her normal range
Provence, Waai Fu, Vigna: Crits

Music used:
Oblivia Night - Xenoblade X
Honestly the hardest thing I've done in arknights. Between the RNG, micromanagement, and figuring out extremely specific timings.
I think this may be the max achievable but with Dorothy, there's always room for a bigger brained player to figure something out.

Too bad Scene or Totter would still be better if I could use them.
RNG involved:
Highmore S2, Red S1, Tsukinogi S1, Amiya S1: Dodge
Greythroat: Critical Hits
Click: random chance to stun
Purestream S2: random targeting
Sora: 50% to recover 50% of her SP after a skill ends

Mr. Nothing is basically the only reason this works. In Blood Knight phase 1, his ASPD debuff makes Blood Knight do only 1 attack per cycle instead of 2. In phase 2, if his debuff is stacked with the passive ASPD debuff from Mayer's Meebo, Blood Knight never attacks at all. He binds, summons bloodblades, binds, summons bloodblades and so on without ever using his auto-attack.
Sora's trait is able to heal the meebo back up to full (or near full, depending on how many DoT ticks the meebo dodged) in time for it to take the next bind. All you need to do from there is outrace the bloodblade heals.
This clear was done on stream at twitch.tv/feyglow
This clear was 38 minutes real time, I've got the real-time footage (without music) as an unlisted video if you want to see that: youtu.be/g3xa7S9jUL8
RNG involved:
Highmore: 60% phys dodge on S2
Sora: 50% to recover 50% of her SP after a skill ends
Mayer: Summons have 35% arts and phys dodge and apply that to adjacent allies
Deepcolor: S2 gives 50% phys dodge to allies in her range
Mr. Nothing: S2 randomly picks 1 of 3 modes; one mode has 60% phys dodge
Ethan: 50% arts and phys dodge; 28% to bind enemies (84% on S2)

This clear was a pain. Thank you to Flametail for dodging just enough over the course of this clear to make it work. I don't think there's a setup on this stage that doesn't rely on better than average luck.
H11-2 is I think the only H11 stage rats can do at this time.
Also, the way Steam Knight's pause tiles are splitboxed in the bottom makes no sense in a way that only comes up if you have a trapmaster.
I borrowed a Flametail because this is gated behind having every single redeploy pot in the niche.
Music Used:
Norse Wind - Ys 9
Stainless S2 letting Shamare have a doll up for every single punch from the boss is what allows this stall to work. If I had to do it by swapping operators, I'd run our of DP or a trash mob would slip past.
Clutterknights Rules:
- Unit must summon an object to another tile (i.e. not Surtr)
- The summon must take up a tile (i.e. not Saileach)

When fully maxed, Honeyberry has 1608 HP and Dorothy has 1502
If my Honeyberry was worse, either by being low trust or below level 39, I could use Dorothy to bait missiles in phase 2, which would be way, way easier.
Music Used:
A Waterdrop In The Dark - Ys XIII
You'll See Out the End of the Tales - Ys XIII
Flametail S1 is not very good and I don't even have mine masteried, so I had to borrow someone else's. But the cycle time lines up well within Blood Knight's 30 second cycle (15 seconds on Flametail, 15 seconds on Gravel)
This isn't a clean clear in the slightest, but there's enough RNG and guesswork that I don't want to waste hours doing it again just for a cleaner video, sorry.

Luo Xiaohei is really fun in RNGknights. I honestly don't know how much he'll manage to make himself stand out when Lappland S1 is so similar but honestly, just having a second, reliable op that can hold lanes will be really useful.
Also he doesn't take 7 years to get going like Lappy does.

This took several long streams, and is the first time I've had to genuinely high roll on RNG with this niche. Some days the answer is blind fire Warfarin S2 into a crowd and just pray really, really hard.
RNG involved:
Warfarin and Liskarm: Battery talent has random targeting
Purestream: S2 has random targeting
Vigna, Waai Fu, Gummy, Greythroat, Krooster, Provence, Meteorite: Crits
Grani, Manticore: Dodge
Cutter: Random chance to generate extra SP

Music used:
Battle!! - Torna ~ Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna, the Golden Country
Kaleidoscopic Core ~ Xenoblade Chronicles 3
This is probably a 7 with good enough Flametail RNG. it's already pushing the boundaries of "reasonable" luck though. So Shaw is here to add some damage and also interrupt attacks sometimes.
Also, Click dying is entirely down to Flametail RNG. If Flametail dodges enough, Honeyberry can focus on Click more. If she has to heal Flametail a lot though, Click usually beefs it.
Music Used:
Destiny - Megaman ZX Advent (ZXA Tunes ver.)
CM isn't doable with this strat, between the extra stats on the fodder and Viviana, ops just run out of HP. May come back to see if I can figure our a new setup for CM or cut normal down to 2.

I'm shocked by how often the cut with post-Dorothy optimizations is Gravel.
Music Used:
Castle Dungeon ~ Battle - .Hack//Infection
Dorothy is, as predicted, a massive shakeup for rats and easily the new strongest unit in the squad by a mile. She not only allows for the 8 rat squad to clear the CM, but I could probably cut Gravel to boot.
Music Used:
Allergen - Girl's Frontline
This is the most RNG gated clear I've ever had, more than any RNGknights clear I've done.
Unfortunately, recording quality got scuffed and I don't want to grind Flametail RNG for another 8 hours.
Music Used:
Field in the Light - Arknights EP
Bridge to the Dawn - Arknights EP
This is probably a 7 with Dorothy

The hugely RNG gated theoretical Risk 30 strat I mentioned on my 29 video could actually apply here, so 31 is theoretically possible if you want to grind dodge and Manfred targeting RNG until the heat death of the universe.
