SSGV5: Kirbys Warped World (Episode 100 and 50k special) ShockHat734 2022-10-21 | Kirby messes with his warpstar and somehow causes a completely random clip show definitely not inspired by ssenmodnar as a way to celebrate this series surviving for 100 episodes!I’ve always wanted to do a video like this, the fan requested specials were nice but they were limited to comments, and had the intervals between each segment. I wanted to do that but with full freedom and completely random, and it now exists! Honestly I thought this would be alot easier but I was WRONG. Coming up with completely random skits while attempting to make each one actually funny was surprisingly difficult not having anything to work off of. Some parts were still pretty fun to make though. I may or may not have been on vacation while making this, so I had to use a tiny laptop that constantly overheated to make the video. It could barely run gmod and obs at the same time, and I had to drastically turn down the settings for everything so the gmod footage would be a watchable framerate. I’ve actually been rushing the last few videos so they would be finished BEFORE I went on vacation so they wouldn’t be trash lagfests like this one. I didn’t even plan to make a dreamland 2 video (was actually planning to make a sequel to one of my most popular original 2021 videos) but decided on making a dl2 parody since it would take less effort, and would be easier to use more sprites instead of watching my laptop slowly melt as I recorded myself throwing kirby ragdolls around. I've been wanting to this for a LONG time, I just had to do more important videos first. I quite literally have been thinking up of jokes for this video months before I even recorded the first scene. At first I wanted to make it as absurd and fast-paced as possible, but I realized that it would simply just be incomprehensible, so I only made it SLIGHTLY more insane than the normal video. I probably would've uploaded this sooner if I didn't cancel another video I was working on for a few days. Was gonna be a parody of a non-kirby game, with every character being replaced by kirby characters, but I decided the idea wasn't gonna work out and scrapped it.
