It’s been an extremely long time since last time I posted, so how about starting with..hi, I’m still alive! So many things have happened since the last video I posted, which was 9 MONTHS AGO (can you believe that!?), and I can admit now that I hadn’t even the slightest idea of how much I’ve actually missed making videos. In short, it’s been an extremely tough year (or more like 2 years), academically speaking, for me, and I just couldn’t find enough time to post anymore. Other than that, I also felt like I had a lack of inspiration most of the time, and I wasn’t especially attracted to Miraculous videos anymore (My past self would be embarrassed to hear that I haven’t even finished watching the latest season). Soo…all this stuff added up, I wasn’t sure of what to do Gacha about anymore, went through some tough times, and everything got sort of mixed up. Another thing: my style technique. I don’t know if you all noticed, but in my latest ~3-7 videos (but especially the last 3 ones, other than this one I mean), other than the fact that I had been tremendously late for the actual trends, I primarily focused on improving my editing style: smoother movement, trying to learn to apply some new effects, and ESPECIALLY working on the thumbnail/final edit from the video: I started shading hair much more differently than previously (which takes extremely long till I completely get the hang of it), the eyes, the clothes, the lightning…anyhow, I spent around a month solely editing the thumbnail, so, err, I’m pretty slow😭 But my point is, even though I still posted rarely, my main focus now is quality over quantity (but I will try to become much faster than a video A MONTH, that’s literally insanely slow!).Another pretty important thing, I know most of you subscribed because of my MLB videos, and, even though they were a really important part of my life and editing evolution, I feel like I’m much more interested now in pursuing other fandoms, such as Harry Potter and the Marauders, Percy Jackson, maybe Good Omens..who knows? I’m NOT saying I’ll never post MLB ever again, just that now I may be more interested in other fandoms more, as well.
