DIY FX Boy Daisy Seed Cartridge FcKw 2023-11-29 | This demo shows my first firmware for the DIY Daisy Seed cartridge I built for the Befaco FX Boy eurorack module. The firmware is supposed to demonstrate the cartridges capabilities. I call it „The Pitch Buddy“.It is an effect that follows your input with a pitch-shifted repetition in a switchable, clock/rhythm-dependent time distance. In addition reverberation can be added. All in all the firmware represents where digital audio effects begin to shine.The firmware utilizes the Y-CV-input as clock input and the X-CV-input as reverberation amount. The switch changes between two different delay times (dependent on the clock input). The lower LED of the cartridge reflects the clock input and the upper one the current delay time. MiniAmp Soundsample 12AX7, ECC99 FcKw 2009-07-25 | Here you can see and hear what my DIY MiniAmp based on the AX84 Firefly from the other video evolved to. Since the other video it got some major modifications e.g. an ECC99 in the output-stage for some better bass response and a fuller sound and some preamp mods to shape the overdrive. The rhythm track is a Fender Telecaster in the middle position and the lead track is the same Tele with bridge-pickup engaged and some reverb added. DIY Mic Preamp Test FcKw 2009-06-19 | Art & Lutherie Dreadnought through Beyerdynamic TG-X 58 into DIY Mic Preamp into Notebook Line-in.The preamp is based around an INA217. I used the schematic from the INA217 datasheet (FIGURE 4), just without the phantom power, the optional DC output control loop (replaced by a 470uF cap) and without the 1n4148 diodes.
