Rise Above | SHORT SKETCH AMV ☆ Warrior Cats Shrimpz 2024-08-05 | ALRIGHT. EXPLAINATION TIMEthe two cats that are fighting is Scourge and Firestar from the books. This is an adaptation of that fight in the first arc. What makes this an adaptation is that these two have magic powersssss oooooooo. Why do cats have powers? Well in SSS warrior cats, it’s anime esk style also incorporated natural powers that the cats possessed, example; Whitestorm could move and strike like lighting, long tail with his long tail, etc. AND a lore explaination from long tail states that the ancient warriors had powers of their own far greater than what the modern day cats would have, and those powers where pass down to them from generations. following that logic, obviously we gotta give fire star some fire powers ( to an extent, so no firenbending ). What Scoruges power is ( and I hope it wasn’t super confusing to tell in the animation ) is the ability to create and  maneuver with ice powers. The reason is that is because in the rise of scourge book, a piece dialogue from scourge says “I have to keep ice in my veins to be strong” or something like that.
